Music Luvrs Chapter 3

Nina's POV

"Should we reply or something?" Jess says scratching her head occasionaly looking between Charlie and I.

"Of course! guys, this is an amazing oppertunity for the both of you!" Charlie excitedly screams, grabbing Jess and pulling her into a bone crushing hug.

For a while I just sit there smirking at them in their very cute hugging position.

When they realize their current position, they instantly shoot away from each other, awkwardly looking away.

"So I uh- I just, was a- a- um" Charlie stutters over his words, " I'm just umm gonna get Zach and uhhh Blake" he stutters before sprinting down the stairs.

As soon as he's out of sight and earshot I burst into a fit of laughter, my hair lightly falling down, covering my face.

Jessie's cheeks instantly turn red making her look like an oversized tomato.

She throws a pillow at me, but with my ridiculously slow reflexes it hits my right in my face.

"You suck" she states clearly blushing of embarassment.

"Oh please, why cant you just admit that you have a crush on Charlie, you know I know you do" I say cheekily.

"I do like him, but you know I'm not his type"she says solemnly.

"Dont say that, I know he likes you" I reply patting her on her back.

"Well lets just put that behind us, and focus on more important things" she says siting on Charlie's rolley chair and replying to his email.

"This is amazing!! can you believe he's offering us a chance to work in his production" I scream excitedly.

Jess just giggles and turns to me and says " Well I wouldnt wanna do it with anyone else but you".

"Awww your my best friend Jessie coco" I say throwing my arms around her and crushing her in my embrace.

BFF moment!

Its been a week since we've sent our reply and we havent got any emails yet.

And the wait is excrutiating.

Jess and I are on our way ,from my house, to Starbucks to meet up with Charlie and discuss our plan of action while waiting for a reply.

Charlie has become our manager, and insists that he will be managing our careers in whatever road we take.

After the awkward yet cute moment between the two, they spent at least an hour ignoring one another.

Quite amusing really

But once it was up they went back to being their usual ubnoxious selfes.

Its agonizing trying to wait for a stupid reply, Jess has been super moody lately, lashing out at anyone who annoys her.

Right now Im at home with my parents, being the only child I was always coddled, but I got used to it.

Jess finally arrives after a very long wait and picks me up as we head over to Starbucks, the best coffee shop ever.

While we're in the car she turns the radio on to a very familiar song...

I stay out too late..

Got nothing in my brain

By now we look at each other and pelt out the rest of the song.

Moments like these Im extremly happy to have a best friend like Jess.

I giggle after the song finishes and change the radio to a different station.

Out of the blue Jess asks,"Do you really think that its real?"

"Whats real?" I ask her, while she turn a corner to where Starbucks is.

"The whole thing woth Charlie, I cant get my mind of it" she says clearly frustrated with her current situation.

"I mean what if he doesnt like me?" She questions,

I glimpse at her and reply, "You wont know unless you try "

She stares at me for a moment before pulling the car into the parking lot.

"You know what you're right I'm gonna tell him rihht now" she confidently states.

By now we are already parked in, so as soon as she says that she immediately shoots out of the car.

"Wow- I umm okay, just dont rush things" I say jumping out of the car and sprinting to catch up with her.

She grabs the handle door for the both of us to walk in,

When we enter we look around for Charlie but find no sign of him,

"Where is he??"

"I dont know, lets check outside" I suggest before heading to the tables set outside, for whoever wants to enjoy the basking sun.

We head over to the the small tables outside and finally spot Charlie, and an unfimiliar blonde near him.

"What th-" Jess says but was cut short by Charlie's voice,

"Guys! Over here" he gestures towards the table.

When blondie looks this way she gives the both of us evil smirks before replacing it with a bitchy glare.

Well she's welcoming

I take a look at Jess but once I see her I instantly regret it.

Her expression is filled with confusion and slight sorrow, I can tell that she's confused as to who the blonde is but as soon as she locks gazes with me she replaces her hurtful expressions with her normal cheeky grin, plastered on her face.

We both walk slowly towards the table taking long strides,

"Great, you guys made it" Charlie exclaims and giving us goofy grins.

We both take the seats opposite Charlie and the Blondie

By now I can clearly make out the details of her face, she has bleach blonde hair, and a petite face.

She look like those -innocent-but-secretly-a-bitchy-person type of girls.

"Umm guys I'd like you to meet Jade" Charlie shyly says while scratching the back of his neck.

"My girlfriend"
