He was like the Sun — bright and fierce yet deep inside a lonely star.
She was like the Moon — shining ever so bright but in the dark she hides her scars.
He was the one she needed to warm her cold heart. She was the one he needed to light up his darkest nights.
For years they patiently waited for their given time to be able to get to know each other and just spend time.
On a one fateful day after so many years comes the long awaited eclipse — the solution to the chase — now the moon and the sun collides becoming as one they fall in love.
The world stares in awe on what seems their kiss — a fleeting moment the Moon and the Sun would never miss — but a kiss not for too long only because to each other they knew they did not and would never belong.
The sun belonged to the Earth, hence without the Sun she would die, the Moon knew this but had to at least try.
However, time has come and the eclipse had gone by, both the Moon and the Sun knew they had to bid goodbye.
Now back in their own worlds, both had to live their lives.
Having only now Earth and the Stars in the skies, as witnesses to a very beautiful heartbreaking love story of the Moon and the Sun where sometimes you just have to make things right and continue to be alive.
Thus, the story begins.
