Third Person POV

Jungkook was glad that he was out of the room before Jimin could interrogate further about Tae's different scent and behaviour today. Although the younger was indeed very curious and worried on why did Taehyung behaved as such, it was very unlikely of the older to look beaten up like that and lifeless.

Without thinking further, Jungkook made his way a level up to find Taehyung's office. He needed to ensure his boyfriend is doing alright before heading home. He can't seem to let go of the worries in him thinking about how uncomfortable the older looked.

Jungkook's POV

I quickly walked up and came to Taehyung's office. Maybe this is a bad decision, what if he is really busy and I'm just disturbing him? But I can't really walk away knowing he wasn't himself earlier, maybe it's just a normal work stress? But I don't feel good leaving him unattended.

I can't seem to make up my mind so I just inched forward and placed my hand on the door handle. Taehyung's office is soundproof so I can't hear anything out here. I was contemplating if I should open the door or not when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Sorry Mr Jungkook. It's just that Mr Kim have mentioned to not allow anyone enter his cabin until further notice." It was Taehyung's secretary. And I wonder if he is still in there with Yoongi Hyung.

"Oh sure, Im sorry, I didnt see you over there or else I would have asked." I bowed back in apology as well.

She then told me to wait by the couch if I want to or else she will leave a note to Taehyung that I stopped by. I decided to just stay and wait for Taehyung coz I want to see him in person and find out if he is alright.

"Thanks, I will just wait here then, sorry to trouble you again. Ms May is it?"

"Yes sir, it's May. And I'm about to leave for a meeting, it's pretty last min. I've emailed Mr Kim so maybe if he asks then do let him know. I'll leave now."

"Yea. Sure. I'll let him know."

Ms May then proceeded to leave and secured the floor level with passcode disabling anyone else to enter from the outside. It's super fancy to me how you can tweak the security system to allow one way entry, so this case, Taehyung can be all alone in his cabin without anyone barging in.

Letting out a huge sigh, I had no choice but to wait by the couch unable to get in to his office now. I really wanna check on him. Sigh. Is this how loving someone feels like? When you see them not being themselves, you literally feel a swirl of unpleasant emotions inside you and you wanna be there for them.

While waiting, I decided to settle a few emails for my dad and send over the complete file which I have edited all the pics and concept details to Hoseok Hyung.

1 hour passed by

I was starting to get exhausted from my work on the laptop when I heard the door handle of Taehyung's cabin flicked open. As expected, it was Yoongi Hyung. I can't read his facial expression well but his body language showed that he was both tense and upset at the same time. He quietly closed the door and went out of the main door.

He probably didn't see me as I was seated right at the corner of the couch and he was facing his back to me. Well, good for me coz I just luckily avoided all the questions he potential could have asked.

Anyways! I need to check on Taehyung. So I quickly packed my bag, flung it over my shoulder and stepped into Tae's cabin.

I opened the door and "DIDN'T I SAY DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO ENTER MS MAY? I BELIEVE THAT APPLIES TO YOU TOO."
