Chapter 1 Why Was it Me?

I woke up at 9:36 and I had a feeling something bad has happened.I ran downstairs when I heard mom crying. When I got downstairs mom was by the apartment building window.She is sitting there crying.I said"mom what happened?"

She reached for me and I saw her face filling with tears.Then she told me that my dad had died in a car crash when he was going out for breakfast with one of his friends. Then I started crying,it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.😢At school the next day I was with my best friend Belle when she told me she had a secret to tell me,and she also told me to tell no one. The secret was that Belle her dad and mom we're going on a top secret mission to the Parliament Building to kill the prime minister and if I told anyone she would tell her mother to kill me.

I was about to ask why her family would want to kill the prime minister,but the first school bell went.After school I wondered if I should tell my mom or not,because if Belle found out I didn't do what she told me to.I would get in big trouble with her parents.So I thought about it for a bit and I decided to not tell my mom right now because I wasn't sure if I should.At supper I said mom I have something to tell you,she said ok.

"Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii just wanted to tell you I love you and I'm also so sad that we lost dad I said."We'll I am also sad that we lost dad.But I think you hesitated when you said that very long iiiiiiiii,am I right?Maybe,I said kind of panicking."But you can tell me the truth tomorrow if you want,"she said.

Tomorrow morning I was with Belle when I asked her why her family wanted to kill the prime minister.She said "that her family thinks that the prime minister is useless he just makes stupid rules that don't even help us,they torture us."I said I kind of agree but I think he does help us."They might not help us to you but I think he is very important," I said in a annoyed voice.Then she,yelled back and said "well it's my family's decision and there's nothing you can do to stop us."Then I said,"yes there is something I can do to stop you even if it makes us not be friends.

"Then let's not be friends," Belle said in a angry voice.I couldn't believe what I just herd,I couldn't move.😱Then she walked of flipping her long black hair. I was to scared to stay at school after what just happened.So I went back to my house crying this is the second worst thing that ever happened to me I am sure everyone nose what was the worst thing was.When I got home school was almost done and I new what I needed to do I couldn't tell my mom because if she told the news then it would be everywhere.Then Belle her mom and dad probably wouldn't go kill the prime minister then me and my mom would get in trouble for what they think is a lie.So I am troubled of what to do.

That night a woman came into my room and said,"The prime minister has the answer."Then next I was In hallway of the main hall,and if anyone found a little girl running around in the MAIN HALL they would go to jail because people think that I broke in.Then out of now we're guards started chasing me, I was to stunned to go anywhere a few seconds after that I got up and ran as fast as I could this could be it the last I get to do anything. This could be the last secret!I found a room marked Office and opened the door and ran in.When I was in their I had no idea what could be happening. Then I saw him, the prime minister standing in front of me having a talk with his counsellors looking confused. I wasn't sure what to do then but I just started talking super fast! We'll my friend said that she her mom and dad were kind of coming to kill you. He sighed. Then he said well how do I now you are telling the truth?I said quietly you don't.🚫But if you don't believe me you could be dead soon please save your self
