Chapter One

Wyatt's Pov

*California, Los Angeles*

I was so tired of this. It's all the interviewers would talk to us about. Love this, love that. I don't like anybody nor do I want to! Stop trying to force it on us.

I spaced out as the interviewer talked to Jaeden. About you guessed it, love.

"Wyatt?" Sophia shook me.

"Oh yea? What's up." I responded with wide eyes.

How long did I space out for?

"It's your turn." She smiled.

"As I was saying Wyatt, did you know that people all over the world write wattpad stories about dating you?" The interviewer asked me.

"Wait really? I did not know that. I honestly don't even know what wattpad is."

"Let's take a look at one of the most popular books on wattpad about you, shall we."

~"I love you." Wyatt whispered to me.

"I love you too."

You have no idea how happy I was to hear that. Because Wyatt is and always will be, my Prince Charming.~

"Wow. She's passionate about her writing." The interviewer smiled.

I stared at the story above me. Hmm, she's a great writer. I don't understand why her story has to be about love though.

The interview finished up as we all piled up into the limo. I sighed and laid my head into my hands.

"Wyatt, what's wrong? You seemed so annoyed at the interview." Jaeden asked.

"I just don't understand why they always have to ask us about dating and love." I responded.

"I mean, it does get annoying sometimes. But hey, don't worry. You'll find your beautiful princess someday. And you'll both love each other so much." Sophia explained with excitement in her voice.

"No, that's the thing Sophia. I don't believe in love. I don't think it's real."

Sophia gasped as everyone stared at me.

"HOW CAN YOU NOT BELIEVE IN LOVE?! IT'S LITERALLY ALL AROUND YOU WYATT. JACK IS IN LOVE WITH FINN, IM IN LOVE WITH JAEDEN, IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU!" Sophia yelled.

"It's not real. Love is a just a mere word used to express how one supposedly feels for another. If they did feel this way, why would they leave them after? Love isn't real." I explained.

Everyone frowned as I turned my head and stared out the window.

Love isn't real. It just isn't.

*Time Skip To The Next Day*

Noah's Pov

School sucks. Everybody claims that they like me as more than a friend and a celebrity but let's face it, finding love while being famous isn't easy. You never know if people like you for your money or for who you really are.

I sighed as I accidentally bumped into someone while walking in the halls.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." I sighed as I helped them pick up their books.

I looked up and saw Wyatt. He smiled and grabbed his books. His smile looks fake. This is my best friend for a long time now! I know what's fake and what's real from him.

"Wy, what's wrong? Your smile is fake."

"I'm just annoyed. We had an interview this morning and all they ask about is love." Wyatt sighed.

"Oh yea! I watched that interview! Hey, we should totally read that book that girl made about you after school!" I cheered, excited about the idea.

"What! Noah no!" Wyatt said with wide eyes.

"Come on noddles! It'll be fun!" I whined.

He sighed and looked up at me as he nodded.

"YES! YAY!" I cheered loudly.

The boy glared at me in the hall as the girls giggled. Typical.

"People, I'm a human being too. I can do whatever I want and if I'm happy, I can cheer in the damn halls if I need to." I rolled my eyes.

Wyatt chuckled as we walked down the halls and into math class.

Math has always been my favorite. But, the class? I despise it. The girls never stop staring at me in that class.

"Noah, here." A boy in back of me whispered.

He handed me a note as a I opened it.

"Noah, hey! My name is Katie. You're really cute, we should go out sometime. (555)-930-9492 call me cutie"

Ugh. All I want is one girl who truly likes me for myself. I know she's out there somewhere. Hopefully. Where are you? I really want to meet you already.

*Meanwhile, in California, Whittier*

America's Pov

"Look, all I'm saying is that Noah Schnapp deserves an amazing life. He's so kind and amazing. That's the kind of guy every boy should be." I explained.

"You know, you're the only girl in this school that talks about Noah like that." Y/n giggled.

"Well you, Jane, and I talk about Noah like that." She said as she closed her locker.

"Hello beautiful people!" Jane yelled excitedly as she walked up to Y/n and I.

Y/n's Pov

"Someone looks happy." I smiled.

"Of course I'm happy! Season three of "The Life of a High Schooler" just came out today!" Jane cheered.

The Life of a High Schooler is a Netflix show which focuses on Daniel Miller's life with his family, love life, his best friend Jake Wilson, and his other best friend Maddie Silvia. It's the best show ever and the only show Jane, America, and I binge watch together. They get into crazy adventures plus it's relatable because Daniel's family is Latino. (A/n: This is a fake tv show that I came up with right now!)

Daniel Miller is played by Noah Schnapp, Jake Wilson is played by Wyatt Oleff, and Maddie Silvia is played by Sophia Lillis. Which is how we found the show in the first place.

"NO WAY! YOU'RE KIDDING!" I yelled excitedly.

We were left on a cliff hanger in season two where we were about to find out if Daniel was going to go out with Katie or Maddie.

Katie is a shy and lovable smart dork who Daniel met at the beginning of Sophomore year which was the first episode of season two. She's so amazing and we love her! But, Maddie has been there for Daniel and Jake since they were little kids. So we were hoping Daniel would be with Maddie.

"My place! After school! DO NOT BE LATE! ALSO, MADDIE FOR THE WIN!" Jane giggled.

America and I agreed as the bell rang.

Ugh, language arts is next.
