He went home, cried and cried and cried with his Mum. Whom comforted him, her own tears falling down his back like unsettled, wild and rapid waterfalls.

"Peter?" She asked softly, resenting the news she has to break to her destraught sixteen year old son.

Peter nodded, not finding the words to answer her.

"You're going to h-have a l-little s-sibling."

He burst out crying again, chestnut brown hair falling miserably into his eyes. The boy's tears weren't now just sadness and pain but they were mixed with happiness, joy and excitement.

"Shhh Baby, shhhh." Pepper told him sweetly, rubbing his back soothingly- trying to calm him down.

"MORGAN HOWARD STARK GET YOUR BUT IN HERE!"

A deep voice called, the voice of young man. He walked out onto the porch, chestnut brown hair swaying. A small girl with the same chestnut brown hair as the young man came bounding up to him.

"Is lunch ready Pete?" She asked eagerly, her stomach rumbling. The young man- Peter- bent down infront of his little sister.

"Yep Mor." Peter said, picking her up. "Mummy made tuna and cucumber sandwiches."

Morgan cheered. "My favourite!" Her big brother chuckled, putting her down once they had reached the kitchen.

The little girl ran up to the table, grabbing the edges of her seat and pulling herself up. The five year old hungrily grabbed the small sandwich that rested on her plate, biting into it excitedly. "Yum! Mummy makes the best sandwiches!" For her age, the little girl was extraordinarily smart. A genius in the making. Her older brother sat down in the chair beside her, their mother following- sitting across from her son.

Peter bit into his lunch and smiled. "Morgan's right Mum, these are amazing." He took another bite, watching as his little sister devoured hers.

Pepper observed her children, savouring the moment. It was strange to her, seeing her eldest like this- so grown up. The mother remembered a time where he was just as young as the little girl sat beside him, as eager and as excitable as she was. But people change, he was an adult now, CEO of Stark Industries, twenty-one and just generally different. Peter had been CEO for awhile, taking over at the ripe age of seventeen- it was only because Morgan had been born. But Peter loved being CEO, it made him feel important and powerful, in charge and respected. Yet he doubted that people disrespected him anyway, being the CEO and a Stark really gave someone a title and a reputation.

The twenty-one year old sighed, picking up his plate a putting it in the sink. "I need to go-." He was interrupted by a loud, demanding knock at the door. Pepper began getting up, but Peter put a hand infront of her. "I'll get it Mum." He walked over to the door suspiciously, wandering who could of made such a loud knock. The young adult reached down to the handle cautiously, scared of who the person on the other side might be.

He turned the nob slowly but the flung the door open. He looked at the person- or rather people- gathered outside of his house. Peter stood shocked, why now? Why not five years ago? He didn't want to deal with this, but it's not like he could close the door in their faces and pretend that they don't exist.
