A golden glow spread across the sky as the sun chased the dark clouds away, I was walking on an unfamiliar street in an unfamiliar city-Seoul.
Many thoughts came into my mind, the only thing that I cared the most at the moment is to find my friend's house as soon as possible.
I landed in Incheon Airport last night and got lost until now. The purpose of being here is to get a Master degree in my profession.
As I have a very close friend who studies abroad here and rent an apartment so I think it would be great to come here and live with her and get a master degree as I wanted. So I decided to go for Seoul because why not, Korea has good education system right.
Very grateful to seemingly to be a college student who speaks English and volunteer to take me home. I was scared at first as I watched too much serial killer documentaries.
"Omg y/n I was about to report to police" Stella surprisingly shouted.
"How could be your genius girl got lost, was way too easy for me" We both laughed.
"Hey, it's been a long time huh" Stella said and I know she was up to something.
"Wanna hang out tonight, I'll let you know how amazing Seoul is" I laughingly nodded
As I don't have much clothes and it seemed that Stella got so many fancy clothes in her closet so I picked one I liked.
I was amazed by the glowing street light and busy night life in Seoul on the way to our destination.
We finally arrived at a "Uptown Club" but it doesn't seem to be very uptown tho, it looked like it is not a place for everybody.
Stella took my hand as she smiled at the door guard and she gave a sign to me to sit in a sofa over there.
The music was pretty loud but I like it. She introduce me to her friends (maybe?).
"Hey, this is y/n and We are high school friend. She came here for a master degree." Stella was trying to break the awkward moment
"Hi I'm Ken" A man with brick body smiled at me and I did back.
"Just enjoy it" Ken nodded at me.
"You too" I was trying not to act like I am a nerd who was forced to be here.
"What are majoring in" Ken looked at me again and asked.
"A law student sir hehe" I bet he thought I was a totally nerd.
" Whoa nice, must be hard then"...........
Stella and I were back to our apartment, I did not drink that much. I can handle that small drink to chill out and not be drunk and that is how I prove that I am not totally a nerd.
Stella was a mess, I took her to her room and let her rest. I back to the room that she told me I can have it.
