Change of Base

Part 1

"Heelie!" Funshine exclaimed as he rose his scooter with one wheel off the ground.
"Stay focused, Funshine. This isn't supposed to be a game," Grumpy said irritably, looking at the coordinates on his scooter.
"Pfff I know that, I'm only having fun," Funshine retorted, skidding through the trees.
"Woah!" He suddenly cried, dodging between several other trees as the forest grew denser.
"Whew, that w- OOF!" He jolted as his scooter bumped against a tree, Grumpy was a little further back.
"We might have to go on foot from here," Grumpy said as he slipped off his Scooter and took his helmet off. Funshine joined him, dusting leaves from his fur.

"Should be right ahead... somewhere," Grumpy said, scratching his head. The two began trekking through the tight forest, looking around for anything out of place.

Robbie had became stranded. The dense forest proved to be a challenge for the bulky Bluster mobile as well as her bosses reckless driving. Originally Bluster had been accompanying her, that was before he decided to seek help on his own. Robbie already knew that he probably ditched her, he only ever truly cared about himself. But she decided to wait awhile just incase for once he was being sincere. In the meantime she tried to salvage the totaled vehicle. Murmuring to herself as she often did when frustrated (especially at bluster).

"This is pointless," Grumpy groaned, "There's nothing here. We should just go back,"
Funshine looked up through the trees, a paw on his chin.
"Aw c'mon Grumpy, it can't be too far! Besides, this forest is pretty neat," Funshine said enthusiastically, picking some nearby flowers to sniff. Grumpy rolled his eyes, irritated mostly at their lack of progress.
"D'ya think you could do less sniffing and more looking?" He said, to which Funshine chuckled.
"Oh, I got an idea!" Funshine said, standing up straight with his paws cupped around his muzzle.
"HelloooO!!!!!!!!!! Anyone around here need help!!!?" He called into the air, before wiggling his ear to listen for a response.

Robbie's irritable rambling was cut off when she heard a voice. It sounded so familiar but she couldn't place it other than she knew it wasn't Bluster. It was hard to make out just what they were saying. So she paused her work on the Bluster Mobile "Hello?" she called back into the wilderness.Trying to listen for a response. Maybe she had gotten lucky. She didn't know how she was gonna get home if she couldn't manage to save the magled machine. Which may be beyond repair currently. It's not like she had all her tools with her which made this whole situation just as infuriating..

Funshine was speechless in excitement for a moment and he tugged at Grumpy.
"Yeah-I'm- I heard it!" Grumpy said, scratching his head, "C'mon, it came from over there."
The two bears went through the trees, trying to pinpoint the source of the response. After a while Funshine called out again.
"Helloooo!!!!!!!!!??"
Robbie heard the call again. "HELLO!?" she shouted. This forest was only adding to her aggravation and honestly she didn't care who found her so long as they got her out. Could be a care bear for all its worth it didn't matter right now. She stayed where she was. She felt helpless and that made her even more upset.

"Over here!" Funshine called to Grumpy happily, before breaking out of the bushes right in front of Robbie. He seemed shock, and stared at her with wide eyes. Grumpy came stumbling through then, grunting angrily at the sticks that clung to him.
"Funshine, why'd ya have t-" He saw Robbie then, and exclaimed in surprise.
"Robbie?? What are you doing out here?" Grumpy asked, almost smiling at the sight of her.

Ok maybe saying she didn't care if it was the care bears was a mistake. At least it was just two instead of all 5 of them...6 if you count the whiffle guy. She looked at the wrecked Bluster Mobile and then back to them. "I don't know what does it look like I'm doing out here?" she said sarcastically. She noticed Grumpy first. Her face darkened a bit, bad crowd members blush black. 1.This was embarrassing, having to be assisted by a care bear and 2. He shouldn't be/seem pleased to see her shes evil! But after she helped him when they got stuck in Bluster's Amazing maze grumpy probably saw her as a secret softy. And maybe she was she didn't really know she hid her feelings like everyone else in blusterland and you kinda get use to it being that way. Ugh Everything was much easier when the care bears weren't infesting the silver lining
