Steph sighed as Jordan came in and sat and her bed and started talking about her brother and everything about him from his favorite food to best friends. She took Jordan's hand and said "Listen. I don't like your brother, besides I have a boyfriend." Steph said convincing herself the lie was good enough. "I know thats a lie. You told me you were single that night after you met Zach..." She smiled and got up, pulling out a pink strapless dress.

   That night Zach, Steph, Jordan, and one of Zachs friends James went to a college party. Whenever Steph stepped into the room in a black long sleeve dress and dark red lipstick, Zach smiled and pulled her to sit down and talk. "So, favorite subject? i've always been a math guy-" he said then mumbled something. "Well, I like history... Not a history guy?" She said, Downing her second cup of coke.

"Nope, but I like science." He said leaning back, but still making eye contact. "Ew science really?" She giggled and slapped his shoulder as he pouted. "So, you like swimming?" She added, trying to make a connection "Uh yea actually, it's chill." He said laughing at his own lame remark.

   "Ah alright," she said looking  at Jordan's back while she danced with a guy they didn't know. "Look, I may have to take you home. My sister may be leaving later than I thought." He nervously laughed "You.. Can drive?" Steph managed and let out a snort, Zach looking at him oddly.
