Cancer was a waitress that worked at a small diner in the centre of the city. She really liked her job.As not many people went to it it wasn't to hectic and she enjoyed it quite a bit.
One day, as she was serving a regular customer the bell rang indicating the arrival of someone.
As she looked up, she made eye contact with the most handsome man she has ever seen. She gave it a minute or two before walking towards him.
As she walked towards him his attention diverted from his phone to her and he watched her intently.
"Heyyy there, my name's cancer and I'll be your server today. Is there anything I can get for you?" Cancer mumbled as she was too shy to speak loudly.
The handsome man responded, but surprisingly he told her his name as well.
"I'm Leo, nice to meet you." He smiled, " can I please get a milkshake?"
This exchange continued for the next few weeks.
He'd come everyday and only on her shift.
He'd come and watch her.
She found it cute. She really liked him, but knew she wouldn't have the courage to ask him out.
Instead, she decided to subtly hint it to him; she began to flirt.
It seemed to have worked.
The next day, he waited until after her shift and asked her out.
Without hesitation, cancer agreed.
