It's now the early 90's. Carl got to go home. His mother had been murdered, his family is tearing apart, and his childhood friends going torwards disasters.
On his return to the neiborhood, couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ then goes on a journey that takes him across the whole state of San Andreas tosave his family and to take control of the streets.
