Part 12

Harry POV

"Mackenzie, we need to talk," I said seriously as we sat down at my kitchen table.

"I agree. " She said quietly. Ill admit it, this would be hard, Mack was harmless. I'm sure she was just having a bad time, but it's just I don't feel the connection that I felt with Lauren. It's crazy really. Me and Mackenzie had been together for 4 and a half months, I knew Lauren for about 3 weeks, if that!

"Well, about yesterday, what you did was unexceptable." I said firmly.

"Yeah I know. There's no easy way to say this but..." She burst into tears.

"Hey hey hey, don't cry! I didn't want you to cry," I said thoughtfully.

Eventually she calmed down and managed to get some words out.

This was hurting me, I didn't want to break up with her.

"I-I think we should break up." She said. What? She was breaking up with me? No one breaks up with me.

"What? I WAS GOING TO BREAK UP WITH YOU!" I said angrily.

"Well I guess that makes it easier for both of us. If you want I will say that you broke up with me, you know for your reputation." She said gathering her bag and stuff.

"No. I want to break up with you. Mackenzie Lee, we are no longer together." I said firmly.

"Ok," she said and left.

What the fuck just happend? A girl broke up with me? With me? The nerve.

Why do some people have to be so awkward?

*next day

Harry. Get to SYCO with the boys. NOW.

Oh god. What have I done know? Simon never usually calls me in, it's normally someone from the team. It must be pretty bad if THE Simon Cowell wants to talk to me.

I threw on some classic black jeans and a white top. The rest of the boys were already at mine so we went down together. I hadn't heard for Mack, so she's quite clearly fine, but I haven't spoke to Lauren, maybe Ill call her later.

When we entered the building and sat around a table facing Simon, it was so tense. Seriously, what had I done now?

"Can I just ask what I've done now?" I asked.

"Harry. Yesterday, why did you do it?" He replied.

"Look, She actually broke up with me, but I was gonna break up with her so..." I explained. I guess he wasn't buying it.

"Really? And why were you gonna break up with her?" Another person butted in.

"Sh- well- um we didn't really think it would work out!" I said.

After hours of arguing, yelling and me nearly walking out, we finally came to a decision. I would tell everyone that we decided that it wasn't working out and she had agreed. They were really angry that I ruined there plan, but I don't care. At least I can work on charming Lauren. And let's face it, I knew that would be easy!

Just as I walked out, Simon grabbed my shoulder and pulled me back into the office.

"Yeah?" I said.

"Harry, is this about that Lauren girl?" Simon asked.

Louis POV

When Simon pulled Harry back I was concerned. The thing is, I care about my best friend and I want him to be happy. I followed him and grabbed my phone. This plan would be perfect and would certainly get me my wish! I secretly parked myself just infront of the door, but so no one could see me.

I grabbed my phone and dialled Lauren's number. I knew what Harry would do. She ought to hear it!

"Lou? What is it?" Lauren said down the phone.

"Shh and don't hang up," I said. She seemed confused.

"Well, I saw her, at the interview a couple of days ago and I guess all my feelings came straight back." Harry said.

"I see, well Harry. I understand that you obviously really like this girl and I want you to be happy, but it can't happen. I'm sorry." Simon said. A gasp came threw the other end of the phone.

"No! I'm not letting you stop me!" Harry yelled.

"It's not gonna happen!" Simon replied.

"BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR! I-I THINK I LO-LOVE HER!" He yelled.

What? Like I knew he liked her buy not love... Wasn't it abit soon? They only met months ago!

"Excuse me?" Simon said.

"Oh for gods sake Simon! Why can't you be nice for once! I travel all over the world doing stuff for you and don't even have the decency to let me be with someone that makes me happy. You can't stand me being happy!" Harry screamed.

I was suprised that Harry was standing up for himself!

"Harry, calm down. If you really want me to let you, then show me. Take the girl out, do what you wanna do and then let me meet her. Bring her to me!" Simon said.

"Really? You aren't tricking me?" Harry said happily!

"Yes Harry now go." He said firmly. Moments later, Harry came out with a huge smile on his gleaming face.

"LOUIS WHAT IS GOING ON?" Lauren screamed down the phone. Harry looked at me in complete shock!

"Louis William Tomlinson you idiot!" He yelled and grabbed my phone.

"Lauren?" He said.

Lauren POV

He loves me? What the actual fuck?

"Harry?" I said shyly.

"Look, I wanna take you out on a date, no question about it. Ill pick you up at 7pm!" Harry said.

"Ur, Okay!" I said really excitedly and he hung up.

I screamed and ran to find Jade. How weird was this, even if he was lying about the 'love thing', he still wanted to take me out on a date!

Hi there!

I've got some bad news and good news...

Bad news is that I'm on holiday till next Sunday and I won't be able to update :(

Good news is that I'll be able to write loads while I'm there, so look for loads of updates when I'm back!!!!
