Y/N POV

We were on our way to the store. It was Yoongi driving,me in the front seat,and Jimin in the back seat. My plan was once we got to the store to hope sneak away by saying I was gonna go grab some girl things and hopefully the guys wouldn't want to tag along. I was looking out the window while waiting at red light. Yoongi cleared his throat.

Yoongi: "Y/n you okay you've been acting strange lately."

I give him a fake smile.

Y/n: "Yeah Yoongi I'm fine. How am I acting weird?"
Yoongi: "You're just more quiet than usually thats all."

The light turns green and we're back on our way to the store. A few minutes later we are all hopping out the car. Jimin decided to walk ahead of Yoongi and I to walk behind. I was looking everywhere but Yoongi when out of nowhere he grabs my hand and interlocks our fingers. I looked at him in shock.

Y/n: "what are you doing?"
Yoongi: "I wanted to hold your hand is something wrong with that?"
Y/n: "I..I um no I guess not."

We walked in the store to see Jimin waiting for us. He looked up from his phone and looked straight at our hands.

Jimin: "What's going on there."
Yoongi: "Nothing I just wanted to hold her hand."

I gave Jimin a fake smile then tried to pull my hand away to grab a cart, but Yoongi wouldn't let go he just grabbed my hand tighter.

Y/n: "Let go so I can get a cart."
Yoongi: "No Jimin can push the cart. I'm not letting you out of my sight."

I bit my bottom lip and looked down. Fine new plan distraction some how to get out of his grip. Jimin finally put his phone away and grabbed a cart. Yoongi wasn't lying when he said he wasn't gonna let me out of his sight. I had to think of something. Knock something over? That might work he'll let go to help me pick it up and thats when I'll run for it. We walked down the canned food row, I have to do it here otherwise I won't be able to get away. As soon as I noticed Yoongi look away to tell Jimin something I pulled a can out of the food pyramid and all the cans came tumbling down. Yoongi just turned around and gave me a weird look.

Y/n: "Sorry I didn't mean to."

I pulled my hand away and bent down to start picking up cans and Yoongi did the same. I backed up slowly and take off towards another aisle I heard Yoongi's sneakers squeaking on the floor after me. I have to lose him I turn down a couple of aisle and I don't hear him anymore. I hear Jimin and Yoongi call my name. I bit my bottom lip nervously and take off to the exit door. Before I could make it there I see Jimin looking straight at me. I look at him with pleading eyes. He gives me a knowing look and runs the other way like he hasn't seen me. I start walking towards the exit again, but I hear Yoongi call me again I look over my shoulder to see him walk out of an aisle I try to blend in but he notices. He starts walking towards me with an angry look on his face with Jimin following close behind mouthing a 'I'm sorry' towards me. I try to run out the door, but Yoongi so much faster than I thought. He grabbed my wrist and told Jimin to go pay for the groceries while he talked to me. He pulled me towards his car.

Yoongi: "Yn what's this all about why are you running away from me and Jimin?"

I stayed quiet and keep looking at the ground. He moves my hair out of my face and grabs my chin and makes me look at him.

Yoongi: "I asked you a question Yn. Now tell me."
Y/n: "Why didn't you tell me that Tae found out where my dad is? That he's at a hotel not far from this very store. Do you know how much I've dealt with because of him I grew up without my mother because of him. Why can't I be the one to take his life? He took everything away from me."

Tears start to form in my eye so I try to look away but Yoongi wouldn't let me. He pulled me into a hug and kissed the top of my head I couldn't hold the tears in anymore so I put my face in his chest and just let the tears roll.

Yoongi: "I didn't tell you becausing you ending his life with your own hands would break you even more than you are now. I want to protect you from him and all the bad memories he's given you. I really like you Yn even though I barely know you I wanna keep you safe."

Yoongi pulls back and grabs my chin making me look up at him. He wipes the remaining tears away with his thumbs.

Yoongi: "No more crying little kitten he doesn't deserve your tears. You are to beatiful to cry okay?"

We both jump when we hear someone clear their throat. We turn around to see Jimin with a big smile on his face.

Jimin: "Oooh wait till the guys hear about this."
Yoongi: "You better keep your mouth shut Chim."

I giggle and look at the bags in Jimin's hands.

Y/n: "Why do you only have 4 bags?"
Jimin: "Well miss 'I'm gonna run away from us' this is all we grabbed."
Y/n: "Well it's not enough there are 7 boys in that house this won't last one day. So back in we go."

I take off walking back to the store.

Jimin: "Boss you got a little bit of a goof look on your face I know you like her and all but come on you gonna let her boss you around like that?"
Yoongi: "You bet your sweet ass I will. That little kitten deserves the world...one way are another I'm going to give it to her, but you heard the lady so back in the store we go."
