it feels right to be at home once in a while eventhough sometimes we don't really want to face all the naggings and chaos. nevetheless, they are still your family.

" Buenos días " lara greeted everyone at the table. Breakfast were already set up on the table neatly. " help yourself dear " lara's mum said.

" cuando te vas? " [when are you leaving?] she asked while cutting her pancake. Lara trying to avoid looking at her parents because she knows she would say something that she wish not to.

" luego. Alvaro me va a recoger " [maybe. alvaro is picking me up] her mum nodded. Carlos eventually arrived at the dining table. " goodmorning! sleep well everyone? " someone sounded cheery , lara thought to herself.

" are you still on that show you're doing " her dad pointed out. Lara cringed the way he used the word 'that show' . lara cleared her throat and nodded.

the table was silence for quite a minute but carlos break it and try to make a conversation with his dad about his upcoming racings. Lara carried her empty plates, not feeling to stay any longer at the table and put it in the sink.

" lara don't be too hard on your dad, you know his trying to make things right " ms sainz approached her. " ok but atleast maybe try to acknowledge my career more? i'm his daughter too not just carlos "

" i understand sweetheart but maybe you should be the bigger person and talk to him first?  " her mum gave a genuine smile.

Lara pulled out her lugagge out of her bedroom and ready to leave the house as alvaro is reaching soon.

" you're leaving already alana? " carlos came running towards her. " yup alvaro is taking me, why? " she asked.

" oh nothing, anyways i overheard your convo with mum earlier on. i'm sorry if you feel that way you know how dad is but just want to let you know that i love you no matter what " carlos gave her pat on her shoulder before pulling in for a hug.

" i think you need to find someone so that you won't keep stressing out about this , maybe alvaro could solve the problem? " carlos teased.
lara widened her eyes " oh my god absolutely not! i don't see him that way "

" but to him i doubt so... why? are you into the french man now? " carlos rolled his eyes. lara coughed on herself.

" you're funny carlos , bye and go check on your girlfriend she misses you " she laughed and walked towards the main door.

" so its true then? you have a crush on gasly?! He better ask my permissiom first! " carlos shouted from behind which lara shook her head and laugh about it.
