~MIKAELAS POV~
I heard my phone go off so I rolled over to see who it was. My heart skipped a beat when I saw it was Eric.
"Hey bro"
"Hey sis"
"What's up?"
"Mom said to call and see if you still wanted to go on that cruise with us next week."
"Yeah sure" I said that so calmly but inside my head I was scramming. A week long cruise well 10 days with Eric was always the best. We were always together (thanks to his moms "buddy system") and 98% of the time he was shirtless.
"Ok I'll tell Mom. Make sure to bring your bikini and a really nice dress. Maybe the little black one you were for homecoming last year. We have a fancy dinner night."
"Ok sounds good. Wait why do you want me to bring my black homecoming dress?"
"Just bring that one. See you tomorrow"
"Ok fine. Yea see you tomorrow bro"
"See ya sis"
With that he hung up and my heart felt like it was broken. I never wanted to stop talking to him. He knew how to make me feel better and it doesn't help any he had my heart and always will. Well I better start packing making sure to pack all my cutest clothes.
~ERICS POV~
So my mom already knew Kaela was coming with us I just wanted to hear her voice and to make sure she brought that little black dress of hers. She looked perfect in that dress no matter what. This might be the trip I have the balls to tell her how I really feel, how I've liked her actually no loved her sense she was I don't even remember at least 10. This trip my mom got Kaela and I a separate room from my parents and two brothers, so in other words it's going to be Kaela and I alone in a room for 10 days. My dad went out and got me a box of condoms and told me to use them wisely but Kaela and I are both saving ourselves for marriage so I didn't know what to do with the condoms. As I got off the phone with Kaela I fell on my bed smiling like an idiot. I just loved her voice, it was soft and sweet but sexy at the same time. I almost got to caught up in thinking about her that I almost missed my phone going off. I grabbed my phone and saw it was my best guy friend Mikey short for Michael Cooper. I answered it.
"What up Eric?"
"Not much. Just talked to Kaela"
"Oooooo-la-la. What's your girl up to now?"
"She's not my girl Mikey."
"Well you need to grow a pair and tell her the truth. You've liked her longer than well only god knows."
"I know. It's just she's been hanging out with that new kid, I think his name is Cody, a lot so I just gave up"
"Dude your the biggest idiot I know. Kaela and Cody are cousins. You couldn't tell by the way they look alike?"
"No. Wait what?! Cody and Kaela are cousins? That makes a lot sense now"
"You're a dumbass"
"I know. So that means I still have a chance with her?"
"Yeah. Well if she likes you."
"Good point. I have to get back to packing see ya later"
"Bye loser"
"Bye ass"
Mikey is the only person who knows I like Kaela. He only found out because he caught me staring at her. I told him if he told a soul I would tell his parents he got the girl a few houses down from him pregnant. With that he's kept his mouth shut. As I got packing I couldn't take my mind off Kaela. God 10 days on a cruise with Kaela was going to be the best.
