Chapter 3

Thank you for waiting!!! 

"Oh, I'm sorry", Charlie said all flustered

Charlie grabbed his hand, got up and tried brushing off the dust from her dress.

He saw her condition and with a flick of his fingers, Charlie was surrounded by red petals. When Charlie opened her eyes, she realized she was all cleaned up and her outfit changed.

(Author: If you're curious, the outfit is a red and black charm dress from the 1930s)

"Alastor, my dear, and I must say it's a pleasure to meet you. You look lovely, he said while kneeling down and giving her a peck on the hand with a grin pasted onto his face.

Charlie turned red...

"N-Nice to meet you, m-my name is Charlotte but I prefer to be called C-Charlie," she said looking down trying not to stutter her next words.

Alastor chuckled

"CHARLOTTE!!!,"

Lucifer flew towards Charlie. "Where were you? Are you hurt? has this "sinner" done anything to you." Lucifer looked at Alastor narrowing his eyes, warningly.

"Good afternoon Lucifer, I must say it's quite a pleasure to see you" Alastor's smile grew larger.

( Dark Atmosphere Growing)

"NO, D-Dad it was my fault, I-I was late for the meeting," Charlie interfering trying to break the tension.

Lucifer then shifted his eyes towards Charlie before looking at Alastor once more and walked right next to him.

"Alright, but if I ever catch you doing something to my daughter you" ll suffer the consequences," Lucifer said with a growl.

Alastor's smile only grew. He turned to Lucifer and nodded

Lucifer walked toward the exit of the garden and turned around to Charlie, he gave her a smile before flying up to the castle.

The atmosphere made Charlie feel as if she was underwater, she knew her father was worried about her. As soon as her father left shelled out a "PHEW" and looked over at Alastor.

"A-Alastor sorry for the trouble both Dad and I caused you and sorry for being late, I-I really wanted to show up earlier but I accidentally fell asleep an..."

Alastor put his finger over Charlie's mouth

"My dear, that was in the past, besides let us talk about what we should do for our first date, darling," Alastor said in a suave voice (Guys, I'm dying from a nosebleed here😅)

Charlie stayed silent and nodded, she badly wanted to cover her reddened face.

Charlie and Alastor decided to leave the castle(under the permission of Lucifer). I wasn't long before Charlie found Alastor intriguing. They didn't have much in common, but he was respectful to Charlie and was able to keep the atmosphere alive. Charlie didn't feel awkward and felt as if she knew Alastor for a long time, also a true gentleman indeed. Luckily the 1 thing they had in common was their love for music, so Alastor took Charlie to a musical theater.

After the theater~~~

Charlie had so much fun. She usually doesn't have this much fun unless she's hanging out with Vaggie and Angel

"My dear, I'm glad you enjoyed the theater but we still have one more place to go before we seal the night"

Charlie looked at Alastor all confused

Alastor flicked his finger and both teleported in front of a club.

When they went inside BANG! Charlie fell onto the ground with a small girl(women) wrapping her arms around her waist.

"You must be Charlie, it's a pleasure to meet you! You're just as gorgeous as I imagined"

Alastor started laughing

"Dear, this little darling is Mimzy, she is an old friend of mine and the owner of this club"

"Sorry to surprise you like that, honey. When Alastor said he wanted to introduce you to me I just couldn't contain my excitement" Mimzy said in a cheerful voice.

"Thank you," Charlie said happily

"No need to be so formal, this is a place to express yourself," Mimzy said with her arms wide open.

When Charlie got up she started roaming around the bar moving and dancing a little with the beat of the music. Suddenly, the music stopped and everything went dark. Surprised, Charlie accidentally slipped but was caught by someone. When the light came back on Mimzy was on stage. Before Mimzy began singing, she looked over at Charlie, she gave a smirking looked.

"My my, aren't we all heated, the song hasn't even begun"

Charlie was confused by Mimzy's announcement but when she looked up, she was Alastor hold her with his hands wrapped around her waist.

(Author: Sorry, I know Alastor doesn't like to be touched but I thought making Charlie an exception would be so cute!)

Alastor held her closer toward him, picking up a small part of her hair and whispered close to her ear.

"Don't you like to fall a lot, my dear"

Charlie's face boiled, she jumped out of Alastor's arm and continuously apologized non stop.

Alastor chuckled at Charlie's reaction

He extended his hand towards

"May I have this dance, milady"

(He was hoping to get more of a reaction)

Charlie stared at Alastor's hand then looked over at Alastor and smiled

Alastor flinched when he saw Charlie smiling, then he quickly pulled her closer towards himself and landed a kiss on her hand.

"Then let us dance shall we, darling"
