i. how you met

J A M E S
james and you met in your second
year at hogwarts at platform 9 3/4, as
he was waiting for his friends, remus, sirius
and peter. he walked through the door of the bus
and looked for a seat. "is this seat taken?" james
asked politely. "not yet," the girl answered. "what's your
name?"

"y/n l/n," she answered, "what about
you?" she asked. "oh, i'm james," he announced happily. "james potter."

R E M U S
you met remus in your third year in potions,
when slughorn had paired both of you
as partners. he had started working already,
leaving you behind. you read the instructions,
and you saw remus put too much of an
ingredient. "uh, i think you put too much,"
you cautioned. "it's fine, l/n," remus reassured.

"no, really, lupin," you grabbed his sleeve and
pulled on it tightly, as the potion slowly
emitted a strange smoke. you pushed him
and yourself to the floor, the potion exploded.

"miss l/n! mr. lupin!" slughorn shouted, "are you
alright?" he asked. "y-yeah, i t-think," y/n
shuddered. "i'm okay," remus chimed in.
"thanks for saving me, y/n," remus thanked.
"it's no problem, remus."

S I R I U S
sirius was extremely annoying and
flirted with you all the time, until
you finally gave in and actually talked
to him and became friends with him.

"hey! miss perfect!" sirius roared loudly.
"what is it this time, black?" y/n asked.
"your lips look lonely," y/n rolled her eyes. "wanna
meet mine?" sirius grinned. "sure, black, sure.."
sirius smiled. "what about we go to hogsmeade
this saturday, huh?" sirius invited.

"alright, let's see what you've got,"
y/n teased, a grin smeared on her face.

T O M
you were left to find a new family at
wool's orphanage, when a certain tom caught
your eye. "h-hello," you stuttered, sitting beside
tom as he read his book, not paying any attention.
"u-uh.. well, i'm y/n," you added. "no one asked,"
he finally said.

"i was just saying.." you muttered under
your breath. maybe you wanted
to be friends..?" you whispered softly, "no," tom
snarled irritably. "you don't have to be so mean,
you know," you remarked, arms crossed.

it took you a few months to finally get
to know tom. when dumbledore came to the
orphanage, you were scared to lose him.
"tom! you aren't l-leaving me, aren't y-you?"
you sobbed. "of course not, y/n," tom reassured
gently smiling.

L I L Y
you were rushing in the halls, trying to
find fellow gryffindors. you walked
and walked until you bumped into someone,
also a gryffindor. "o-oh my god! i'm so sorry,
i didn't mean to bump into you," you
apologize. "it's fine. i'm lily," she
introduced. "oh, i'm y/n," you said,
fiddling with your fingers, "i have divination next,
how about you?" she asked politely. "oh, me
too," you answered. that was the start of
a beautiful relationship.
