Eyeless Jack's sight actually isn't that good. He can see, it's just all a mass of color. He has to step closer to something if he wants to see even a fraction clearer, and this fact alone makes him very insecure about his surroundings. Despite all this, his hearing and sense of smell are extremely well developed, and aid him significantly in his hunting.
