CHAPTER 5

He grabbed her hand and run towards the trees. He felt her presence, her hand, her sweet smell like vanilla. For a unknown reason a smile made its way on his face.

He look behind if they were following him but instead his blue eyes fall on her, her face in confusion and her heavily breathing. He notice her, when she tried to breathe but fails as they run. She really can not run. Wasting no time, he pull her behind the trees. It was empty there, it seems like not a lot people come here.

"Are you, fine..? " she ignores his angelic voice and how amazing he sounds.

She couldn't believe what she did, she let a stranger lead her somewhere. A place where she could get lost. Where she can not found him. The most horrifying thing was, it didn't feel wrong.

A boy, whom she has just met. A boy who just laugh at her, laugh at HER....!

She feel anger rushing in. She stood up ignoring, this beautiful boy. Taking a deep breath she lift her hands up in air and sighed heavily, her chest goes back and forth with her breathing. Soon she become stable.

She is delicate. He thought

"who are you..... ?"

he suddenly got taken aback by the coldness in her voice. He remembers his actions earlier.

Wow, now she hates me.

"I.... I just..... Do you wanna play with me.....? " he tried to divide her attention. He was confused, a bit unsure.

Why does he do this?

Why he brings her here?

It's not like he can hide here forever. He has to go with them. He has to face reality.

He don't want to, he is not ready. He doesn't want to leave that house but, he has to.

"why do I, play with you.....? " she pouted and cross her arms.

The coldness suddenly lifted and was replaced with playfulness.

" Maybe, because I can...give you a chocolate......? " he scratch his head, unsure how to convince this cutie. Little did he know that she is the most stubborn seven year old.

She bite her lower lip but then shake her head to get rid of the thought of how amazing it would be.

The nerves of this boy, I am gonna teach a him a lesson today.

She take a step forward and lean her head, closing the gap between them.

His eyes went wide and his mouth drop on the floor. She keep leaning until there was no space, their wheeze fanned on each other face.

Then, she poked a finger on his no so hard chest. He take a step backwards, surprised. She keep stepping forward with his step back at her each step of her.

"What makes you think that l will take something from you......? Huh....? Do I look like a beggar to you...? What do you think of yourself. Who are you...? Tell me I wanna know......! " she speak slowing, each word loud and clear.

She stop moving and wait for an answer, her face still. While our hero was mumchance. He open and close his mouth like a goldfish but nothing comes out.

" you know what, l would have played with you.... If you just have ask nicely but instead... You have to drag me here. On the top of that you try to bribe me.....! "

Didn't you came with me, yourself. You could have refuse too.

He decided not to voice his thoughts.

" I will play with my friends, not you.......!." she turn to leaves and his face fall.

She was right, of course she will play with her friend. Who know how to annoy her. That friend..!

She slower her pace more, trying to make her step even shorter. Hoping he would call her.

Stupid....

Dumb, now just hope..

How could you be so mean......?

Die out of curiosity...

She turns her head, cursing herself she finally asked.

"why, do you drag me here.....? I... I mean why do you want to play with me... There was other girls too and.....as well as boys....aagh.. ouch...! " her sound got muffled when a hand tightly clamped on her mouth.

" Don't you thing that you talk a way to much... But you should be careful when your listeners is losing patience. First, I don't know why I drag you here..... " he grasped and started to leave. His figure faded slowly

She stunned at his sudden outburst but follow him because she don't know where she is. They walk side by side, not saying anything. She glanced at him. Angry bird.

Did I say something wrong...?

" Vaise, if we keep going, you may or may not run into someone... You might not like....!" his head spun towards her quickly but she pretends as if nothing happened.

Actually, he was amused she noticed.

"I don't have friends to play with...... " she stopped in her tracks but he continued.
He didn't even noticed her absence.
She dramatically sighed and called

" oiye, bhaga ke toh le hi aiye ho, ab kya ek varri luka chuppi ya pakram pakraee bhi nahi kheloge....! "

(hey, you have already made us run, now will you not even play a game of hide and seek or run and catch)
