Chapter 2: Elementary 6th grade part2

The bell rang signaling it was time for lunch. I got out of math class and jogged towards the cafeteria. I saw Ashton and Michael sitting down at our usual table. But, no sign of Calum Hood anywhere.

I walked towards the table and sat across from Ash and Mike. "Hey Luke!"Ashton said. He had peanut butter and jelly sandwich with orange juice. I smiled,"Hey dudes!" Michael took my lunch and started eating it.

"Hey Michael that's mine!"I yelled trying to grab it back. "Oh hey Luke didn't notice ya there. All I saw was food."Michael said mouthful. I groaned,"You know your the asshole here!"I said. "Alright. Offensive Luke seriously."Michael said hand on his heart. "So say sorry."I ordered.

Michael sighed,"Ok..... I'm- I'm sorry." I crossed my arms,"For?"I said. Michael put my sandwich down. "I'm sorry your sandwich wasn't that very interesting."he said laughing. Ashton and Michael bursted out laughing.

I huffed, and hit Michael's arm with a loud 'slap'. "Ouch!"he said rubbing his arm. I rolled my eyes at him and just ate my banana. "So...... Where's Hood?"I questioned looking around for Calum. "I don't know. He's supposed to be here by now."Ashton replied concerned. Michael sighed,"Where'd you think he went?"he asked.

I shrugged,"Oh no! Do you think he might be in trouble?!"I said worried. Both boys shrugged. Calum would never miss lunch like ever. Then, Rebecca Bwedeck my lab partner came over running with fear.

"Guys!"Rebecca shouted running towards the table. She put a hand up, signaling us to wait. Rebecca panted,"Guys... help." I looked at the boys confused and so were they. "What happened?"Michael asked. "Its- Its Calum."she said returning back to normal.

"What about Calum?"Ashton asked. "Calum and I were walking down the hallway. Then, I got shoved out of the way and now Calum's in big trouble!"she said worried. "C'mon guys our brother is in trouble let's go!"I said running out of the cafeteria and in the hallway.

The three arrived with looks of pure shock. Calum's stuff was scattered on the floor. He himself was in trouble. The bully was no other than Asa Butterfield. Asa was the bully of our group. He'd beat us up or tease us. We really hated him and wish he never existed.

Asa's face was red and he had Calum in his hands. Calum was a feet off of the ground. His face was full with tears and his hands were on Asa's prying to get out of his strong grip. "Wimp! Haha you're such a little coward!"Asa said teasing Calum. Calum cried even more looking for help til he saw us.

I was scared to death wishing Asa never came at all. "Asa leave our Calum alone!"I yelled getting his attention. Asa looked at me with a huge smile. "Ah! The dorks are here to watch their friend get beaten up by me! Then, it'll be their turn."Asa said looking at us.

I didn't know what was I doing. Am I either saving Calum? or Going to get beaten up by Asa? "I said leave-our-Calum-alone."I growled. Asa still had his grip on Calum. "Or what? Loser."Asa said. I couldn't think straight at all. "Or-or-or I'll punch you."I stuttered. Asa laughed,"Really!? You're the 'Mr. Nice Guy' dork! You couldn't even hurt a fly! Even if you did you-can't-punch-me."he said.

"Oh yeah, well I can too!"I said with courage. Asa let go of Calum making him fall to the ground hard. Calum picked his stuff up and ran behind us. "Try me, dork."Asa said walking towards me. I gulped closing my eyes and reopening them. "Watcha waiting for dork do it!"Asa yelled.

I sighed and did a uppercut on Asa's jaw. Asa fell on the wall and held his jaw. My eyes widened on what I have done. Asa hovered over me ready to punch me back. I closed my eyes waiting for that punch. Before Asa could I was saved by a teacher.

"Mr. Butterfield what on earth are you doing?!"Mrs. Reid the biology teacher said. "I was ju-"Asa got cut off by being pulled on the arm. "Not other word mister now come with me to the office!"Mrs. Reid yelled. I sighed in relief smiling that Asa got in trouble and me not getting punched.

A hand came on my shoulder. I turned back to see Calum and the rest all smiling at me. "That was brave of you Lucas."Ashton said. "Yup even though I may look strong I can't do that myself."Michael said. I laughed. "Your a hero of today Luke. Well, sorry dudes but I gotta get going. Bye!"Rebecca said waving and walking off.

Calum hugged me tightly. "Thank you Luke. You're my hero." Calum whispered in my ear. I blushed,"Your welcome my asian bro." I whispered back. "Ok guys enough with the bromance already. Bells gonna ring soon and two more periods. Let's go."Michael said.

We pulled apart and grabbed our stuff from the cafeteria. And headed straight to our classes.

A/N:
So bet you didn't expected that huh? Yup Calum and Luke's enemy is Asa Butterfield. In case if ya don't know who he is, Asa is Ender from Ender's Game. Also, from Nanny McPhee #2.
