I think Aria has Multiple Personality Disorder. Ok so in the pilot episode we see Aria order a cheeseburger while she is with Ezra. But later in the series we see Aria tell the liars a vegetarian. In season 4 she is with Jake and she is once again eating meat.
Another reason I think Aria might have MPD is because she's always looking into mirrors which suggests she is trying to find who she really is. It can explain why she is always doing the shh thing in the theme song and the posters.
Byron tells Aria that her uncle has MPD, maybe it passed on to Aria?
