Ch. 09 Lost Soul

Harley's Flashback
It was the year 2011 when I was assigned my first patient at the Psychiatric clinic in Cleveland, he was called the Joker but his real name was Jared Leto. I remember him wrapped up with the safe jacket followed by 3 securities with guns, he looked evil but his eyes told me another story. "Are we going to talk or are you going to stare at me" he said that rather sarcastically, "my apologies let's begin by introducing ourselves I'll start my name is Doctor Harley Elizabeth Quinn now your turn," he rolled his eyes "don't you already know about me in your file thing?"

We met up every day for 2 hours, there wasn't much progress until one day something came over me that I started seeing him differently. I think he noticed because he would always greet me with a smirk & try to flirt with me, it's like he could get inside my mind & hypnotize me because everything he would tell me would make me fall for him that much more. One day I couldn't take it anymore & I confessed my love for him, big mistake because he started laughing hysterically at me what the hell was so damn funny.

The next day when I got to work something seemed off, then out of a sudden the alarms went off meaning there was an escape. I quickly ran to lock the door but it was too late Jared walked in & lunged at me, he tied my arm & legs then he carried me to the lab where he untied me & laid me on the metal bed. "What are you going to do to me Jared" he didn't answer instead he laughed while strapping me into the metal table, "don't worry sweetheart this will hurt a whole lot" and that's when I blacked out.
