¥ What's Up, Dog? I'm the Alpha ¥
I've always been the girl that people made fun of. I never knew how to stick up for myself. People would make fun of me, teacher's would give me words of pity, and I'd end up running to my house crying. That was until my dad was put in jail after robbing two liquor stores. My brother, Nick, took me in.
Teresa McCall made fun of me for my dad being in jail. I looked over at my teacher who was listening in. She shook her head at me and looked back at her computer. Jack Faison pulled my hair behind me.
"What are you gonna do, Lucy? Cry?"
I looked down at my paper thinking of how easy it would be to wet it with my tears but I didn't let them see me cry. When I got dropped off at my bus stop I took off. Running with tears in my eyes. I went into my brother's trailer, not noticing the three other men in the kitchen. I collapsed on my bed and hugged my pillow close to my chest. Nick came in.
"What's wrong with you?" He asked with a smile
I shrugged and looked up. "A girl made fun of me,"
"About what?"
"You know what," I told him tilting my head at him.
Nick scoffed. He looked over into the other room.
"You wanna meet my friends?" He asked
That is when I met the Alpha. He's Asian- Laotian- fluffy black hair, light brown eyes, light brown skin, and plump lips. He's 5'10. I could trace his veins from his hand to his bicep. He always smells so good, drowning me in his cologne. He's perfect. His real name is Don.
When Don holds me in his strong arms, I feel like nobody could hurt me. He's rough and tough. Sometimes he forgets to be gentle with me but I don't mind. I love him more than anything.

I was waiting for Don to pick me up at the park. It was only a few feet away from my school.
"There's the little crybaby every one was asking about. Not crying on the bus today, huh?" Said Chase's voice
I tried to ignore him but I focused too much on his every word. I heard Don's black truck pull up. I looked over at it with a smile. Chase smacked the binder out of my arms when I stood up. I flinched. Next thing I knew, Don was standing beside me.
"Oh shit," Chase muttered
"What's up, dog. I'm the Alpha," Don smirked
Chase didn't say a word.
"Pick up your stuff, baby," Don turned his head to me
I bent down and picked up my binder and the papers that had fell out of it. I grabbed my backpack.
"If I see you around my girl again... Well, let's just say you wont be able to talk after that,"
Chase nodded quickly and took a step back. Don laced his fingers with mine. I hugged his arm. We walked to his truck. Don kissed me on my temple.
"Did you have a good day besides what just happened?" His voice became much softer than before
"Its better now," I giggled.
