First steps to change in my life

Right now it's 8:15 pm and I should study for my business exam on Tuesday, but my concentration left me. So I'm watching Gossip Girl and writing this.

Also I'm not that motivated to study so I've started thinking.

Why am I not that motivated like others?

Why I'm not having a concentration and strength like others?

Why am I right now not that happy?

I've to change a lot of my worse habits!

Some hours ago I just ate chocolate, why? Why didn't I just ate a banana? A banana is also a good thing to keep concentrated!

So the first things I want to change is, stop eating sweets and fast food.

Starting exercising again and going to bed not after 10 pm. Also getting always on point up!

Stop taking naps and be productive!

I will tell you tomorrow how I started with it and if it's working.
