"We won!" Jisung cheered, jumping into Chan's arms as they ran out of the crown court. Chan caught Jisung but as he was taller in the first place, he struggled to keep him up and they started stumbling. Changbin rolled his eyes but joined in their hug anyway, giving them more balance. "I can't believe it! We actually won."

"Of course we did. Chan hired the most expensive lawyer in existence," Changbin scoffed.

Behind the trio, the flashes of cameras could be seen and voices started to call out their names, or more particularly, Chan's name. Chan had grown to hate reporters.

"Chan, is it true you're starting your own company and are hoping to rival your father's company?"

"Do you think Jason Turner deserves the life time sentence he got?"

"Is it true you are responsible for the death of Nate Daniels?"

"What is the relationship between you and the two men who saved you, Han Jisung and Seo Changbin?"

Chan let out a deep sigh. The questions were so stupid and quite frankly, none of the reporters or the public's business. Grabbing Jisung and Changbin's hands, he leaned over to whisper in their ears, "come on, I have something to show you."

Jisung and Changbin were lead through the sea of reporters by Chan who didn't look back once. Jisung waved at the reporters but gave no answers, only giggles. They reached Chan's car and Changbin climbed in the front beside him, leaving Jisung to get in the back. The engine started and Jisung leaned forward.

"Where are we going?"

"Nowhere until you put on your seatbelt," Chan answered. Looking through the rear mirror, he saw Jisung roll his eyes and slump backwards but complied.

"You've got all lame after you slit a guys throat, Chan," Jisung mumbled, "who even wears seatbelts?"

"Oh, I don't know, maybe people who don't want to die or people who have boyfriends that don't want them to die?"

Jisung scoffed. "Lame people."

"Fitting because you're a very lame person," Changbin grinned as he eyed Jisung's fastened seat belt. Jisung stuck his middle finger up and Changbin laughed. "But where are we actually going?"

"Secret."

Chan turned on the radio and the sound of a heavy guitar and drums filled the car. The half an hour car journey was full of Jisung and Changbin singing, or more like shouting, while Chan began to wonder if taking them anywhere in the car again was a good idea.

"Uh, am I getting kidnapped this time?" Changbin asked, when Chan finally pulled up at a warehouse. It seemed desolate and not much was around except an industrial estate.

Chan laughed. "No, it looks better on the inside, trust me." He took off his seatbelt and climbed out of the car. Jisung and Changbin followed pursuit.

Once inside, Chan flicked on the lights and the vast amount of darkness was lit up to reveal a vast amount of emptiness. "Wow, yes Chan, you're correct. It looks great in here," Jisung nodded sarcastically.

"It's a work in progress," Chan explained, walking over to the only thing in the room; a desk. He sat down on the edge and used his hand to beckon Jisung and Changbin over.

"Ok, but what actually is it?" Jisung asked, standing in front of Chan who placed his hands on Jisung's waist and smiled.

"This is where I'm going to start my business."

"You're finally doing it?" Changbin asked, hopping onto the desk next to Chan.

"Yes, and I was wondering if you wanted to help me," Chan asked, pulling Jisung closer. "What do you say?"

Jisung's face was lit up. "I'd love to but... I've never had a job. I don't know how useful I'd be."

"And that's why I'll teach you, baby," Chan explained, "so are you in?"

Jisung giggled, "of course!"

"Great." Chan turned to Changbin with the same hopeful expressions, "what about you, Binnie?"

"Hell yeah, I'm in! When do we start?"

"Well, I'll need to decorate first but a few old colleagues from my dad's business said they're going to move here instead so we've already got some staff. I say we can be open by the end of the month if we work hard enough."

"Well, you know that this means then," Jisung grinned, "we start decorating and then we celebrate because it's been a long three months and I need a drink."

Chan pressed a kiss to Jisung's lips, "sounds like an amazing plan."

Changbin leaned his head on Chan's shoulder and hugged his side, "can this be the start of a better life together?"

Chan kissed the top of Changbin's head as Jisung jumped onto the desk next to him and held his hand. "Yes, today we start fresh."

"No more kidnapping and throat slitting!" Jisung exclaimed, his hand subconsciously moving up to his own neck where a black chocker was displayed. He'd picked up the habit of wearing them to hide his scar. "Even thought it was pretty hot when Chan did it."

Chan dropped his head into his hands and groaned. "I think Jisung's fucked up," he whispered to Changbin.

"You know... Lots of people have told me the same thing!"

"Nobody's surprised," Changbin spoke up, "but we love you anyway," he added, kissing Jisung's forehead. Jisung beamed brightly.

"Anyway, I'm bored now so is it decorating time?" Jisung asked.

"Decorating time," Chan and Changbin confirmed, jumping down from the desk to join Jisung who was already on his way out of the building. Chan was glad the two boys he loved were back to their usual selves. He swore to never let them enter such dark places again, at least not alone, and he promised to bring smiles to their faces whenever he could. That's all he wanted for them and it's all they wanted for him in return. Whatever happened in the future, they vowed to stay at each others side forever.
