I coughed as I tried swallowing my food that was stuck in my throat for a few seconds.

I composed myself when you stood in front of me and suddenly asked, "I'm sorry but may I borrow your phone for a sec? My phone's battery just got drained. I just need to call someone."

That was your first words but it felt like a song that got on repeat in my head with your angelic voice.

Without hesitation, I fished out my phone from my pocket despite the mayo stain on my fingers.

"Here," my hands were shaking as fuck handing you my damn phone.

"Thanks," you said. But I didn't mind at all though. Like really it was nothing-

"Hey, it's Mina." Mina, your name is Mina. "I took a run here at the park. My phone got drained when you called... Yeah, I'll be home soon... Okay, just get in my apartment while you wait... 970324... Bye."

After you ended the call, you showed me your gummy smile which I didn't expect. "Thank you so much," you gave my phone back with gentle and I can feel my cheeks getting hotter for no reason.

"Y-yeah, s-sure. N-not a p-problem." And I hated myself for stuttering and making myself embarrassing in front of you for our first meet.

"Anyway, I have to go now. What's your name again?" You finally asked for my name.

"Chaeyoung. My name's Chaeyoung."
