Y/N POV
"Hey, there he is."
"Oh my God, it is."
"Did you hear about what happened?"
"I did. Can you believe it?"
These were only a fraction of the comments I heard going down the hallway to my next class. Because of the little stunt I pulled in my first class, I was now the center of attention for everyone in the school.
Word truly does travel fast, even without social media.
Never before had the attention concerning me reached a scale like this. No matter where I went, there would always be some people looking at me and talking about me.
Luckily for me, the next class isn't that full.
Before the year started, I had a choice between Phys Ed and a military education class. Naturally, I chose the military education class. I suspected that less people were willing to take a class concerning the military, so I decided to take it, and the discipline and leadership-teamwork lessons they teach are also useful.
This should be an uneventful class.
I walk in, and as usual, there's around 10 kids waiting at their tables. I smile and take my seat. Some of them glance over, but they quickly look away.
Somehow, I was made class leader. Honestly, I felt that there was a better choice, because some of my fellow classmates were more athletic, more outgoing, more popular, and overall better suited for the leadership position than I was, but I guess the instructor saw something in me.
As a result, the people in this class treat each other with better respect and no one says anything negative about anyone else.
When the bell rings, we go through our usual routine: saying the class creed (a creed about staying honest, being a better citizen, and staying loyal to our country), taking the role, and then waiting for announcements from the instructor.
After that, when we sat down, I notice three bags near the door. I'd never seen them before, so I wondered who they could belong to.
There were other classes than mine, so I assumed they belonged to the students from those classes.
A few moments later, our instructor comes to the front of the class.
"Class," he begins, "I'm glad to announce that we'll be receiving three new students today."
This caused a small ripple to spread through the room, but no one really paid it any mind.
But to me, it was like a bolt of thunder on a clear, sunny day.
Unconsciously, I turned to the three bags I saw.
Now that I looked more closely, I could see that they had little trinkets on them. One had a cat keychain. Another had a dolphin charm. And the last one had a ship print.
Oh no. It can't be. . . Not again. . .
Our instructor motioned towards his office, and three girls strolled out, instantly gathering everyone's attention.
Especially the boys, they seemed to sit up straighter.
The first girl wore the collar color of the freshmen. She was short, but lively; she had a spring in her step and wore a smile. She had short orange hair with a cowlick falling over her forehead. As ashamed I am to say it, I have to be honest, she has a nice butt.
The second girl wore the color of the sophomores. She was a bit taller, and she had gray hair a little longer than the first girl. She was. . . bigger. . . in some senses, but that didn't pull attention away from her beauty and energy.
