I roll over when I hear my phone buzz.
A message? Who sends voicemails anymore?
I glance over at Chuuya, and smile slightly.
Chibi is still sleeping.
I pick up my phone.
Unknown Number is the first thing I see.
God, this person has been calling me for years now, what the hell do they want from me?
The minute I hear them, my stomach twists painfully.
"Hey, it's me."
No, no, no, no.
I don't even get through the whole message, I just close my phone.
I turn when I hear violent coughing. White roses fill the room.
"Chuuya!" I exclaim, wrapping his arms around me, tightly.
He just recently got sick with Hanahaki.
It's all I can do to be with him.
"W-who was that?" he asks me, his voice shaky.
I give him my best smile, running my hands through his hair.
"No one important."
