"He's not breathing!" yelled Noel.
Finral and Vanessa looked behind them in shock to see Noel shaking over Asta's body.
In a few seconds a big crash and a lot of dust coming out of a wall on the left. The all looked over to see Captin Yami walking out of the thick dust. "Y-Yami..?" asked Finral.
"Take Asta and go to the hospital!" Yelled Yami in a serious tone. "I can take care of Ve-to here; but Charmy, Grey, and Gauche stay here!" Yami stood infront of Vanessa and Finral yelling to his teammates.
Noel quickly picked up Asta bridal style, and Finral opened up a portal leading him to the best doctor in the Clover Kingdom. The portal closed, and the rest of the team was left alone with Vetto.
In the Hospital hall
"So Yuno, why are we here?" asked Bell, a Wind Spirit who chose Yuno. "We're checking to see if any of the doctors need help" replied Klaus; Yuno, Mimosa, and Klaus were all together. As they were walking down the hall, they were almost to a doctors room when suddenly, a gray portal appeared in the hall. The the 4 golden dawn members stopped in the halls confused.
They waited for only a second when a girl with silver hair, a boy with yellow hair, and a girl with a hot maude hair walked out with worried faces on them. Yuno looked more closely at the girl with silver hair and what she was carrying. When he had realized what she was holding, be saw a boy with grayish hair closing his eyes.
..It was Asta..
Yuno stared with wide eyes and Bell noticed his expression. "Yuno?" Bell asked. The black bull members walked into the room and quickly asked the doctor if he could help. "Lay him down, quickly!" He exclaimed.
Yuno walked towards the door frame and peeped in only to be followed by Mimosa and Klaus. They all peeped in and saw the doctor over Asta.
"Is he going to make it doc?" asked Vanessa
"His small pulse is weakening quickly" he responded.
Water Creation Magic: Quala Operation
Bubbles and Jellyfish then faded into the room, practically covering everything. The jellyfish's bubbly tentacles were all over Asta's body and face; healing him as fast as possible. While the magic was healing Asta, the doctor hooked him up to an ECG.
(Electrocardiography) ((Heart Rate thing at hospitals))
The ECG was finally hooked up and his heart rate was still a straight line on the monitor.
"Cmon kid.. breathe..." said the doctor with a worried expression on his face.
Everyone had worried expressions on their faces; Finral, Noel, Vanessa, Klaus, Mimosa, and Yuno.
"Breathe, breathe, breathe..."
After a few minutes of magic healing, Asta gave out a gasp of air; the doctor gave a smile as sweat rolled down his face. "A-ASTA!" exclaimed Noel. Asta started to cough up some blood while he was still unconscious and the smile on the doctors face started to fade.
He sat Asta up right, waking him up. Asta proceeded to bend over and get all of the blood out of his clogged throat. He took a deep breath after coughing it all up and looked down to where he had spat up blood.
"Asta.." said Vanessa relieved
"Welcome back" smiled Finral
"Asta! I missed you!" Exclaimed Noel hugging Asta around the neck. "I mean... STUPID!" she said smaking him on the head.
Asta proceeded lay on his back and looked at the doctor. "Th-thanks.. doc.." asta smiled and slowly, his vision started to blur. He closed his eyes and passed out on the bed.
"He'll be fine, he just needs to rest and eat." the doctor said. "Does anyone know what his blood type is?"
Yuno walked into the room and replied to the doctors question "He's type A" everyone turned and looked at Yuno who was walking towards Asta.
"Great" replied the doctor "does anyone here have type A blood?"
He looked around the room and saw Finral raise his hand. "I do" he said.
"Look at you buddy~" said Vanessa pushing Finral around. Finral proceeded to pull up his sleeve ready to be 'impaled'. The doctor then injected a needle with a tube into Finral's arm; which Finral squinted his eyes and held Vanessa's hand.
After the doctor took out the needle, he shoo-ed the kids out of the room so he could transplant the blood in Asta's unconscious body. So the group said their goodbye's and proceeded to leave the room. Leaving the doctor alone with Asta.
1 WEEK LATER
Asta's pov
It's been a week since our fight with Vetto, ever since the fight I've been having dreams about the fight. Over. And over. And over.
Some people came to visit me; Noel visited almost everyday. It was kind of weird seeing her show up everyday. She hasn't showed up yet, but I had no doubt that she would show up today. As I looked out the window, I wondered how everyone was doing.
Was there another mission? What does Yuno think? What if Yuno doesn't think I'm worthy of being his rival?
'Well, it'll all be okay as soon as my arms heal!' I thought as I looked down to my arms in bandages. As I looked at my damaged arms, I heard a door open. "Good morning doc-" I was cut off by the person who entered the room.
And to my suprise, it was Yuno, Klaus, and Mimosa. "Oh.. hey guys..?" I said with confusion.
"Hey Asta! How are you feeling?" Asked Mimosa soft heartedly.
"I'm fine; oh hey Mr. Softy-Specs" I replied while waving at Klaus.
"My name is Klaus.." he said with an annoyed expression. "But I'm not going to get at you today.. JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE INJURED! JUST THIS ONCE!" Klaus exclaimed.
"Oh Klaus you're such a tsundere" Mimosa laughed.
"I AM NOT!" Klaus yelled while being flustered.
I laughed a little bit and looked over to Yuno who was staring me dead in the eye. "Um guys.. could I talk to Yuno..?" I asked Klaus and Mimosa. "Sure!" replied Minosa as her and Klaus left the room leaving me and Yuno alone in the hospital room.
"What's up Yuno? Are you okay?" I asked him. He replied with silence.
"Yuno?" he started to walk towards me and sat next to my bed.
I got a little flustered when he sat next to me. "Asta.." he started "What happened in the battle you were in a week ago..?"
I looked at him with widened eyes and got flashbacks hitting me over and over. I remembered the dreams I had about that night. I looked down at my broken arms and stared at them.
Yuno looked at me and noticed that I was off in my own thoughts. He grabbed my bandaged arm and looked at me in my eyes. I looked up to see him with a worried expression. "I need you to talk to me Asta.. I'm.... I'm worried... about you.." he says.
"You? Worried about me?" I snickered "Like you would-"
"BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT YOU DAMMIT!" he yelled in my face in anger. I was shocked, he doesn't swear, nor raise his voice.
"I..." he took a deep breath "I saw you, being carried into this room, you... you were dead..." he squeaked. "You almost died.. Asta.."
I looked down at my arms and then to the side. I tried my best to avoid his eyes. I have never seen him like this...
It had been about 5 minutes before a nurse came in to take my results. Yuno looked at the nurse, then at me.
He sighed and waved Asta goodbye wishing him well. He walked outside of the room and took Klaus and Mimosa with him.
"Are you ready for your check up Asta?" she asked
I didn't answer her, I kept looking at the door where Yuno had left and dazed off into my own thoughts.
