** Key differences in this book. Mates are not destined but chosen. These people live in tribes/packs as normal, some are nomadic and some stationary. Rouge's aren't bad. Every wolf is first Male or Female, and then their secondary gender is either Alpha, Omega, or Beta. Alpha's can only mate with Omegas, and Beta's can only mate other Beta's. These wolves are ruled by instincts first, and the logic follows. Omega's are very submissive to their own mates, but not to all other Alpha's. Tribes have many Alphas, Betas, and Omegas; but are run by a Tribe Alpha and Omega. The Tribe Alpha is chosen every two decades using trial by logic first, then trial by combat.**
