I parked near the abandoned orchard,"T-Th-This is-is y-yo-your secret h-hiding place?"Evan asked."yep,I like coming here."I said,we got out of my truck and jumped over the fence.then we began to walk through the trail,I looked around nervously.there was a lot of grey apples from my previous trips here,I hope Evan doesn't see them."A-Are y-yo-you ok?"he asked,"Yeah,I'm fine."I lied.i was a little bit hungry,I looked around,hoping there'd be something red around.but there was nothing,shit."it's ok,you can last,you'll be ok."I thought to myself,I then felt Evan hold my cold hand.i looked at him,he looked away,blushing.i also blushed,shit I can already smell his sweet blood.i dug in the pocket of my hoodie,thank god I found a red eraser.
I sneakily sucked the red out of it and threw it away,my eyes turned back to normal,but I could still smell Evan's blood.i have to tell him eventually,I know I do.and I know I have to tell him about my feelings for him,but not yet.before I knew it,we were relaxing near a tree.i sighed and closed my eyes,I felt Evan rest his head on my chest.i blushed,and instinctively placed my arms on his arms."C-Co-Con-Connor,can I-I tell you s-so-something?"he said,I nodded.i slowly opened my eyes,he was blushing."I-I-I like y-yo-you.not as a-a friend,but,li-like a couple."he confessed,I widened my eyes.
