The weekend had flown by just like that. Like it always does, and guess what!
It's back to school.
How atrociously wonderful.
Honestly speaking, I hate Mondays with a religiously burning passion.
If Monday was a person, oh how I would love to sell it to Satan even if it's just for a measly, almost expired, bottle of banana milk.
It would be totally worthwhile.
Anyways, I had arrived to class much earlier than my lovely seatmate, Park Jimin as well as Jeon Jungkook and Taehyung but them not showing up early to class isn't something out of the ordinary for me.
So, like I do almost everyday whilst waiting for them, is to go on to lean my head over my desk and stare straight out the window and up at the morning sky.
Today, there's not a single cloud in sight and as far as the eye can see, everything is a shade of blue that's tinged with a slight orange but most of all, it looks so serene and wondrous. Especially with those flocks of birds flying across it in such a harmonious manner.
But despite my internal gawking and distraction by the wonder of nature, my ears still somehow remain as sharp as a razor blade since it manages to catch the bits and pieces of my classmates endless conversations, that's floating around.
There's always groups of students huddled together around a single desk or two and chatting away like there's no tomorrow but since it's Monday, the hot topic up for spillage on everyone's list, is how they spent their weekend.
Some went galavanting with friends to do shopping or to watch a movie. Others had picnics, went to lotte duty or simply walked along the Han River. So, basically everyone, here in class has clearly had a better weekend than I did.
I sigh deeply, as I stretch my hand up to the sill of the window, catching the cool breeze that's slipping it's way through the open window.
Honestly, I never expected to see Minho out of the blue like that! And one thing's for sure, is that seeing his face again was like staring at an evitable death, directly in the face.
It was that horrifying but luckily Taehyung had decided to play the hero and saved me from his evil clutches or else I wouldn't have known what to do.
I'll admit, I was baffled at first when Taehyung had actually played along but I was still glad that he pulled me out of there, safe and sound.
As my mind recollects the chard remains of this situation, I can't help but wonder just what in the world happened between Minho and Yeji- the girl he cheated on me for- for him to actually come running back to me with the incredulous thought that I would really take him back- he must be some type of lunatic to think that way.
But what if Yeji did what Minho did to me?
I guess it is possible, although I think it's too harsh of a thing to think upon someone but then again it's still a valid outcome.
