Chapter 1

(A/N: I know none of the times will match up. For this story Noen will be in his senior year of high school when he goes on the lights out tour. Ik he didn't really blow up until after he graduated and the tour happened after as well but let's use our imaginations with this. I don't know much about tours and stuff so everything will probably be extremely wrong so just a little head up)

Noen Eubanks has always been shy, especially around people he's just met, probably one of the plentiful perks of being bullied for the majority of his school years.

So it wasn't very surprising that he was nervous to go on the lights out tour. He could have denied but he knew this was a once in a life time thing. Even if he got invited to another he had school. They were on a short vacation for two weeks right now (A/N: imagineee😱) so now was the only time he had to do something like this until he graduates. By then the hype will probably be over so he doesn't have the time to waste this opportunity worrying about his poor socializing skills.

He was at the airport with his mother, his step dad and sister stayed home.

"You know you can only go for the two weeks right? And then you need to comeback for school." She pointed a finger at her son he nodded.

"I know" that was the only bummer. He was only able to go for the first two weeks because of school. He and the supporters both, were very disappointed but in the end was just grateful it was happening at all.

Noen sent his mother a small half smile when he heard the first calling for his flight. "I'll be back. I love you mom." He leaned into the hug she pulled him into placing a soft kiss on her check before pulling away.

"I love you Noen. Text me frequently." She looked like she was going to tear up and Noen shook his head. "I will. Don't look so sad. I'll be back in 14 days."

"I know.. just- be responsible babe. No drinking and such." Her expression became serious and Noen nodded quickly. "Promise."

Noen just got off his very long flight, and he was currently waiting for a few of the people going on the tour to come pick him up.

He'd been added to a lights out group chat and they agreed to carpool in groups to the hotel a few days prior. Noen didn't have a car and he had no idea what to do and how to get around in LA, so he was actually really happy about that.

Only problem would be.. his stupid awkwardness.

He'd been told who was coming.

Payton moormeier,Chase Hudson, yewsif, jaden hostler, and Anthony Reeves. He knew them all from tiktok and he probably followed them all. But they'd never met in person so this would be new.

It wasn't too long until a group of boys approached him. He was confused at first but when one of them smilled and said his name he realized these were the boys he'd carpool with.

His smile was small and awkward as he greeted the five men. He tried his best to make things less awkward, he tried to act like he wasnt internally freaking out.

He was almost certain he failed miserably.

It was quiet for a moment and Noen squirmed uncomfortably. He didn't know about anyone else but five men staring at him was incredibly intimidating.

"Hey, I like your hair." Everyone took turns giving chase an odd look and he shrugged exasperatedly "i do!"

Noen smiles gently. "Thank you."

"Okay, we can get going. Noen do you need help with your bags?" Anthony Said after another second and Noen shook his head.

"I'm only staying for two weeks- um. So I only.. have a few things." He attempted talking to cover up his nerves but he just thought he was over sharing a little. Who asked how long he was staying? No one.
