Seeing you again

As I head to school without Stell, I could hear someone screaming my name at the distance. "HEY VALE!" It's the sweet voice of Ruby from the distance. As I went closer to the voice, Ruby ran up to me, "heya there Vale." "Oh hey" I replied. "You have any plans later after classes?" "No why'd you mention?" "Oh hehe" Ruby giggle which made me look away from her first to hide my blush. "I don't have plans and you don't have any too, so wanna go to cafe 707 after classes?" Ruby said out of the blue. "Uhm...sure? But do I have too?" I said to tease her. "Of course you do! Don't pull another prank on me and leave me there waiting for you!" She looks so cute when I tease her. "Hahaha sure." "promise?" She said as she lifts up her pinky finger. "Promise." We made a pinky promise even though I was going but it's always fun to poke fun at her.

As I enter the school ground I realised it was nearly time for classes to start so I ran as fast I can my first class but I immediately stopped running as the hall monitor walks by.

I walked to Stell seeing him waiting for me near our first classroom we should be in, which is Arts. He seems a bit weird, I guess he's day dreaming.

"Hey Stell, wake up or else you will fail our first class." As soon as I finished my sentence, Stell woke back from his day dream. "Oh it's you...let get in the classroom." "Uh- wait!"

As we went inside the classroom and sit, someone approaches us. "Hey Vale, Stell..." it was Meri! "Can I sit with you guys? I kinda...don't know anyone here" "sure" I replied. Stell just took a look at Meri then back to his notebook. He must be writing something because he usually just borrows notes from me but this is new and quite suspicious.

"Hey Stell whats t-" I tried to take a tiny peep as fast as possible but his reflexes were too fast and so he used the notebook to cover my face. "Mind your own business." Stell said and put his notebook back at his back. This made Meri giggle and made Stell get his book back from his bag and continued writing.

"Ok class settle down, we have a new student." Our homeroom teacher said while entering the classroom to her desk. She waited for the class to take their seats before she announces the new student. She looked at the door which looks likes she is giving the new student a sign to come in.

A girl with a very long brown hair and is wearing a short skirt, a jacket with a shirt saying 'miss me?' In the inside and is wearing a chocker to finish it off. Her style is very cute. But what if Ruby wears that? That would look sweet and make me fall for her all again.

"Hello...I'm Sydney and I hope you all will be my friend." she took a glance at everyone but stared at me and then gave a small smirk. "Ok so Sydney, sit there behind the guy with the brick colored hair." "Okay."

Sydney walked pass going behind me but as I looked at her, she winked at me while walking to her seat. It creeped me out a little on why a new girl on her first day would wink at me. This is a bad thing to start off my day. I sighed, then felt a little tap behind me.

"Hello I'm Sydney, forgot to mention but you can call me Sid. I really wanna be close friends with you. So wanna eat together later in cafe 707 after school?" It's like she is asking me out just like that. "Oh uhm...I'm sorry I can't. I already have plans after school. Please forgive me." After I said my words, her face expression changed into a disappointed one but tried to hide it with a smile, but I can see right through her. "Oh yea it's fine. How about next time when your free?" She said to make the awkwardness go away. "Yea sure" I replied back but I don't think I have time to be with her when I could just be with Ruby.
