UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT

(P.S THIS IS NOT , MY STORY -- i just wrote it to raise awareness that's all )

In The Cold Month Of December on a windy-cold night, walking home from work at the diner. I could hear all the noises in the city it was crowded that night. On the way, I walked passed the bar and the pizza joint a couple blocks down. When all of a sudden I hear these heavy footsteps splashing in the puddles because it rained earlier that day. I speed up to hurry and turn the corner . When all of a sudden I'm pulled into the dark alley with huge hands covering my mouth. He proceeds to pull me into the alley -- then he lifts up my skirt placing his hand on my thigh , I close my eyes begging him to stop - he proceeds anyway asking me if l like it , as I'm enduring the smell of alcohol and cheap cigarettes on his breath ,  the noises of the city continues flowing in my ears, he continues further ripping off my panties and pushing me to the ground-- beginning to rape me, keeping my eye close and crying  he turned me on my stomach holding my face on the ground, while on top of me I open my eyes and notice a scar on his right hand , listening to the water drip off the roof into a puddle , the feeling of the wet ground under me and him on top of me makes me cry even more than I already was -- he continues asking me if I like it , while in the alley I get the smell of burgers , wings and fries that reakes of old grease , sobbing still begging for it to stop , i feel something hit me over my head - he kept asking if I liked it but before I could ask him to stop again. I see nothing but shadows pass by and everything goes black. I woke up to a room full of lights, in the hospital -- I woke up to bruises all down my legs and all over my arms wishing I was home I close my eyes in relief to still be alive.
