I dashed out into the school parking lot when I heard an unpleasant conversation happening around the corner .

"Hahaha, looks like your faggot boyfriend isn't here to help you." Brice's voice sneered .

Brice .

The same Brice who almost broke me and William up the first time .

"You know all you are is a fuck-toy to him , a dirty secret he'll never admit to" another voice throws out .

"You think someone as good looking as Selcouth would date you?" Brice sneered.

The rest of the group laughed with Brice as they went on with the verbal torture.

I feel my blood boil seeing them do this to Wil .

"What the do you want from me Brice"
Wills broken voice rings out .

"I want you to leave him , I don't care what excuse you use, just tell him and get gone I never wanna see you again ."

In an instant I've made my presence know. They do turn their heads in shock,while Brice just smiles the other two look at me with fright.

"Selcouth! , My good man see I was finishing a pleasant convo with ya boy here ." he says hanging an arm around a teary-eyed Will.

I was disappointed that he thought I couldn't smell the lie on him .

"Let go of him and I won't break your ribs ." I say eyes flashing an angry red.

Brice grins ,

"Oh Selly why are you always so mean to me , you know that you'd do better if you were with me." he says his voice turning to one of flirtation .

I roared bared my fangs and flashed my eyes. A sign that I wasn't playing around with Brice today.

He snickers again .

"Fine Selly you know where to find me when your ready ." with that they vanished away .

I sifted back into my human form before going over to Will.

" Are you okay William ." I asked , he was whiter than snow but had tear stained cheeks .

He didn't say anything but clutched onto me till our bodies were flush against each other's .

Finally he spoke up .

"Why does everyone always want my vampire boyfriend ?" He said looking up at me will a broken smile I could tell Brice's words cut deep.

I chuckled down at Will as he wiped his eyes with the back of his hand .

"Cus I'm too hot ." I say

He playfully punches me in the arm , for awhile we just stand like that, wrapped in each other's arms.

"Hey Will , I know you don't really want to talk about it but I really am sorry about the thing with Aris." I felt him stiffen beneath my arms .

He lets out a long sigh .

"It's okay and I forgive you , you know that, and we are talking more about this later .But it just I would like it if you guys wouldn't draw blood and make bruises on each other's faces and the angry scratch marks , the both of you know how

"You feel about blood ." I say finishing his sentence for him .

Will hated blood and he was the type to love every little thing so when he hated something it was for a damn good reason .

You could blame Will's dad because of how bad he'd beat his mother , she stayed with him through it for the same reasons other were-wolf mothers stayed with their abusive husbands . A. They were bonded , which meant they really couldn't be with anyone their wolves would make them destructive till they were with their mates .B. He was the father of her beautiful cub, who he didn't want for the reason because he was a selfish bastard . Of course while she was pregnant he still hit her and it even got as bad that she had to have Will three months before he was due .

Even after William Darrel Waters was born he continued to beat her but never put his hands on Will , hell, if he did I'd have his neck . By the time Will was six it got too far one night they were fighting about whether they needed to move or not since she was pregnant again , Will sat in the middle of his parents arguing as his dad leaped onto his mom and bit into her main artery.

All Will can remember is blood shooting everywhere and his dad wolfing out as he ran away as his mom struggled to stay alive .

Will snapped his fingers in front of my face .

"Earth to bat-boy" he snickered while I rolled my eyes at the nickname .

"Yes fido?"I say with a shit-eating grin on my face .

"Hardeharr, I asked if you could take me home?"

"Sure yours or mine ?" I asked extending my wings . They were like most vampire wings , the color of your hair , so mine were a dark brown color with black tips when I'm just regularly flying . When I fight my hair and wings turn all sliver , while my eyes become a demonic red. My body slims out and I grown from a 5,10 to a 6,9.

There was no real reason to why this happened to only me , some say its a curse , others envy it .

"Do I have clothes at yours ?" He says going on his tip-toes signaling he wants a kiss.

I lean down to meet him for a short kiss.

"Of course you do ."

"Off to your place then,Sir Selcouth." I hold him a little tighter and with a short gasp were flying to my apartment .
