It was night & all the others were gone to sleep in their respective tents.

Preeta was walking here and there when she saw a silhouette of something. She decided to check. She walked further when she recognized the person sitting there.

'Karan?',she said.

Karan looked behind and said: tum yahan kya kr rhi ho?

Preeta sat on ground & said: yeh sawal mein bhi tum se kr skti hun.

Karan: yr tumhe seedhi baat nahi krni ati. Mein sawal pooch rha hun aur ulta mere oper sawal dal diya, dumbo

Preeta: what?! Mein dumbo? Apne aap ko aaine mein dekha hai, duffer lgte ho.

Karan: dekho Ms. Preeta, mera is waqt larai krne ka mood nahi hai.

Preeta: shuru tum ne kiya thi. Anyways, mujhe neend nhi arhi thi, is liye socha walk kr lun.

Karan: neend tu mujhe bhi nhi arhi.

Preeta: kitna khoobsurat view hai. Itna peace, chand ki roshni, It's so breathtaking.

Preeta looks at karan and said: isn't it

Karan was looking at her all the while.

He said: yes, its beautiful.

Karan: ek game khelte hain, tum mujhe apna secret batao gi, jo kabhi tum ne kisi ko na bataya ho?

Preeta suddenly get still and was not answering him. It was like she went into some trance, remembering something when karan shaked her by shoulders.

Karan: preeta!

Preeta(stammering): haan?

Karan: teesri bar tumhe bulaya hai, kahan kho gyi thi.

Preeta: kahin bhi nahi, kuch nahi.

Karan by holding hand of her: are u alright?

Preeta nodded yes but she seemed like she was at verge of crying.

Karan turned her towards him & said: listen preeta, mein tum se larta hun, jhagarta hun, tumhe ajeeb ajeeb names se bulata hun, lekin is ka matlab yeh nahi keh mujhe kuch samajh nahi ata. Batao kya howa hai, kya chupa rhi ho mujhse?

Preeta was so scared at the thought that was playing in her mind that she rests her head on his shoulder and said: karan, kuch cheezein aisi hoti hain, jo cha kr bhi bhulayi nahi ja skti. Jitna bhi un ko dimaag se nikalna chaho, wo saaye ki tarah ap ka peecha krti hain.

Karan was so confused at her words but he said: lekin hume un mein se un cheezon k baare mein sochna chahiye jin se hume khushi milti hai.

Preeta was now looking at him.

Karan: aur kabhi kabhi kisi ko batane se dil halka bhi hota hai.

Preeta(in mind): mein ne yeh baat aj tk kisi ko nahi batayi pr aisa lag rha hai jese is ko bata dun. Jese yeh is andhere se mujhe nikal skta hai.

Preeta: tum kisi ko batao ge tu nahi na?

Karan: promise. Nahi bataon ga.

Preeta: pakka?

Karan: mein apne vaade poore krta hun, babydoll.

Preeta: mein ne college bhi isi wajah se change kiya. Pehle college mein ek aisa ghatiya insan tha jis ne meri zindagi barbad kr k rakh di thi. Pehle wo mujhse flirt krta, mujhe poore college k samne insult krta. Mein usse door rehti thi jab ek din us ne mere wahan rehna mushkil kr diya tha. Homecoming party wali raat us ne mujhe...(tears start flowing from her eyes) he tried to molest me. Kisi na kisi tarah mein wahan se nikal ayi aur jab mein bahar ayi tu poora college mujhe dekh rha tha. Us ne vo video record kr li thi aur sab log usse dekh rhe the. Sab ko yehi laga k it was my own choice to spent the night with him.

Karan fists his hand listening her but he wiped her tears and cupped her face.

He said: jo bhi howa usse bhool jao preeta. Aise logon k liye apne aansoon bahane ki koi zaroorat nahi hai. Ab se tumhari zindagi mein aisa kuch bhi nahi hoga. Q k ab yeh double duffer donkey jo tumhare sath hai.

Preeta chuckles and karan said: you're so strong preeta, aur aisi hi hasti rha kro. Warna mein bore ho jaon ga

Preeta gave him confused look

Karan: yr tum jo nahi hogi mujhe irritate krne k liye.

Preeta hits him playfully & said: wo tu ab mein tumhe aise hi irritate krun gi. Q k jab preeta arora kisi ko dil se apna dost manti hai, tu jab tk usse ache se tang na kre, sakoon nahi milta.
