I woke up in our old house in the floor with a rag and an old blanket and food on my Right side as the wall was on my left

I saw my sister walk towards me from the kitchen just connected to the bedroom

"Hey you have to eat cause after a while you have to take your medicines"
She said and smiled

I smiled back at Amber and thought to myself

'Im lucky to have you'

"Hey Amber...thank you"

I said which made her confused

"For what?" She asked

"For everything...for taking good care of me and having patience with me...thank you for staying by my side and---"

"Hey Val i love you too...and we are family here and i am willing to take care of you no matter what happens...ill always be here so dont mention it"

She cut me off which made me smile brightly

"I love you too little sis"

I ate and drank my medicine afterwards and stood up

From the bedroom that leads to the kitchen on the left and a door to the bathroom on the right i walked up there and started taking a bath

After a few minutes i got dressed and went outside to start working

I saw my sister going home and running up to me

"Where are you going?"

"I just need to go somewhere" i lied as she doesn't want me to work anymore

She has been overprotective since I'm the only family she has

"Val, i know you very well so dont you dare lie to me!" She scolded me and led me back in the house

"I'm not letting you go anywhere...last night you went home so late that you made me worried! Don't you dare to that again because i know that last night you were trying to steal again...we can't live off like that...so you stay here! For goodness sakes your sick with cancer"

"Yes i tried stealing again last night but that was cancelled since i was caught...i actually met a friend" i said honestly trying to make her feel better

"A friend?" She ask still strict about it

"Yeah you will love her actually, she wants to meet you" i said smiling

"Are you sure she is safe to be with?" She ask again...

'She's overprotective dang it'

"Yes cause she also has problems as well...you can meet her tonight...we planned to meet again actually" i tried convincing her hoping my very best to make her agree

"Fine! But well only stay there until----"

"Until 12:00" i cut her off stating the time when we should go home

"Why 12:00?"

'So inquisitive'

"Because we made a plan to make 11:11 wishes together" i said slightly smiling

Yeah i know its a stupid thing to believe on

"You know that wishes are just dumb luck right?"

"Yes"

"Then why do it?"

"Cause it makes you happy"

"How?"

"By counting on that miracle and by believing so that maybe it can come through....that thought makes you happy and sometimes it makes you work hard for that wish of yours to come true"

"Okay...lets meet her tonight" she said smiling

"Her name is Raven"

"Raven? Is she rich?"

"Yes she is"

"Wow...high class friends huh?" Then she giggled

"It makes me more excited to meet her...how i wish it was already 11:00" she then added and giggled happily as you can see in her eyes the glistering happiness with a mixture of excitement and nervousness

"Why whats with Raven now?" So now im the one asking

"Don't you know? She was seriously a talk of the town like every single place you can hear about her and see her in magazines" she exclaimed looking at me with disbelief

"Oh well i didn't know about that hahaha"

"I can't wait to meet her! Hahahahaha"
