Joey's pov:
I woke up about 8am. My dog buster kept me awake half the night. I walked downstairs to find my dad with his head in his hands. I knew something was up, he was usually cheerful and happy at the start of each day.
I walked over to him to ask what was wrong but he just looked at me and then walked away. I decided to leave him alone for a bit.
I went onto the family laptop. There was an email from my dads old friend, Billy. It said 'Tommy! Some old morphers have been found near a pier. How they got there? I don't know, but something tells me we should get down there asap! Call me when you get this.'
"What? Morphers?" I said to myself.
The email was sent to my dad a few days ago though. This could be the reason why he is so down. I went to ask him.
"Hey dad?" I said
He looked up at me "Yes son?"
"You know the way you told me stories about power rangers when I was younger?" I asked
"Yes, but why are you bringing that up?" He asked
"Well.....I think they might be real!" I said
"Son they're just stories, fiction.." He said with an uneasy tone in his voice. He just smiled and patted me on the back, then walked off.
I didn't believe one bit of it! I knew he was lying, he's hiding something and I will find out what it is....
