Wolves of a Forgotten Truce

**Prologue**

A warm house was being lit up from the warmth of flames from a fireplace, meanwhile it was pitch black outside due to the moon being hidden by the night sky clouds. A young she-wolf was sitting on the couch with a book about the Forbidden Outer Territory, the young white, brown She-wolf was calmly reading when her head darted upwards towards the stairs. Just then a large Dark Brown wolf walked down the stairs instantly looking over at the other wolf on the couch.

"What are you doing awake, mother?" The white and brown wolf titled her head to the right. "I could ask you the same thing Roseaya." The dark brown wolf returned her glance with one eyebrow up. "I cant sleep i want to learn more about the Outer territory! Its just so interesting i want to go there to explore it i'd be the first one to-" Roseaya was cut off by her mothers growl followed by a harsh shouting tone. "Absolutely not! No daughter of mine is going to the outer territory, Its way to dangerous! Not to mention your only a pup still!" She growled glaring at her child. "But... but..... father explored there!" Roseaya shouted back. "And look where it got him! He hasn't returned for half a year! He's probably dead by now! Also i am your mother dont-" She stopped shouting when she noticed her daughters eyes were filled with sorrow. "I'm sorry mother i'll stop i wont speak of it again." Roseaya got off the couch and ran past her mother rushing up the stairs to her room, slamming the door behind her. "Rose... i didn't mean... I just...." She sighed as she walked to the couch and stared into the fireplace. "She'll be fine by tomorrow Deria. Roseaya will always snap back after getting yelled at." A male voice echoed behind her. "Jaden! Please come on over take a seat get warm your probably exhausted from the royal guarding duties." Deria said, looking at the large dark grey male whose eyes were glowing green, along with his armor on covering his chest, belly, and back. Along with his sword strapped onto his side.  "Deria i have to ask does Rose know about our plan?" Jaden asked sitting next to Deria's side. "I haven't told her but i think right now isn't the best of times to tell her i'll be re-marrying and that wolf is you.  We'll wait till morning to try i just hope she'll be understanding about it." Deria answered Looking into Jaden's eyes while in front of the fireplace.
