Chapter 6

Alexis POV

I woke up the next morning and I was getting a little hungry. Tyler was asleep and looked so adorable.

I went into the kitchen and ate a muffin. I love those things.

I also took my medicine so I wouldn't have a panic attack.

I turned around and saw this boy around my age and he had brown hair and bright blue eyes just like mine.

" Um hello? " I questioned.

" Hi. Sorry I just wanted a bottle of water. I didn't mean to bother you. " he said.

" It's okay. Um what's your name? I don't remember you. " I asked.

" It's Hayes Grier. " he said.

" Oh, nice name. Hayes. " I said.

" Thanks. " Hayes said.

" Hey, do you want to go on a walk with me? Maybe I could figure out how I know you. " I said.

" Sure." Hayes said.

So this Hayes kid is a very interesting kid. I can tell he has a bright future ahead of him.

So why do I not know him? Or better yet why did he hang out with me?

We came back from our walk and Tyler was waiting for us by the door.

" Why were you with him?" Tyler asked.

" Because, I wanted to get to know him better. " I said.

" Why didn't you tell me you were going with him? You don't know him. What if he killed you?" Tyler asked.

" I wouldn't kill her!" Hayes yelled.

" Don't ever go with him again. " Tyler said.

" Why? He said he wouldn't ever kill me? " I asked.

" Because, he cheated on you with a slut! " Tyler yelled.

I was in shock.

I dated this Hayes kid? He cheated on me with a slut?

Is he the one that was a bad part of my life? I guess so.

Hayes POV

I can't believe this Tyler guy. He told Alexis that I cheated on her. Now she won't give me a second chance.

" Is it true? " Alexis asked me.

" Yes." I said softly.

" Oh, okay then. " Alexis said.

" Did you not believe me?" Tyler asked Alexis.

" I thought you were saying that because you were jealous. " Alexis said to Tyler.

" No! Gosh jealous of this kid? He let you slip away and then you became mine." Tyler said to Alexis.

" Thanks for walking with me today, but I probably shouldn't talk to you anymore. " Alexis said to me.

" Your welcome and it's okay. " I said.

We walked back in and Alexis went to her room with Tyler.

Ari came up to me and started yelling at me.

" What the fuck were you thinking? What if Alexis found out about the truth about you two and she pushed down a well or something? Next time, no scratch that, there won't be a next time. " Ari said.

" Okay, fine! I just wanted to talk with her. I didn't know this was going to be a big deal! Stop blaming shit on me all the fucking time!" I yelled.

Then there was a knock at the door. Ari went and answered it.

" Huh?" Ari questioned.

" What is it?" I asked.

" It's for Alexis. It's a laptop. " Ari said.

" Well?" I asked.

" I'll go get Alexis. " Ari said.

Ari went and got Alexis and she came back with Alexis and Tyler.

" Do you want me to open it?" Alexis asked.

" Yeah, here why don't you listen to it by yourself. " Ari said handing her headphones.

" Okay. " Alexis said.

Alexis POV

I was nervous about opening up the laptop. I remember that I got a message like this in Cali 3 years ago from my ex boyfriend Noah.

I opened up the laptop and there was another video.

"Well, Alexis. It's me Noah. I broke out of prison and I am coming back for you. In New York City. Baby girl, I know where you live and I will end this for once in for all. You will be mine again. " Noah said.

" Um, it's, i-its, it's uh, " Is all I said before I had another panic attack.

Tyler carried me into the kitchen and sat me down on the counter.

Ari got my medicine and my shot. She pushed the shot in my arm and made me take my medicine.

The shot I had to take just now was a day time shot so it didn't make me tired.

" Let me guess. It was that little weird fucked up ass kid named Noah?" Bri said.

I nodded. Tyler gave me hug and held me very tight. He is worried about me. I can tell.

" I won't let him hurt you. " Tyler whispered in my ear.

" But don't get hurt. Please? I need you. " I whispered in his ear.

" Baby girl. He won't be able to touch you or me because I will scare him away before he even gets a glimpse of you." Tyler whispered.

" Okay. I love you. " I whispered.

" I love you too. " Tyler whispered.
