Some days later...

--Taehyung--

The misty white clouds filled up the winter sky, a cool and chilly wind brushing against the roads, making some fallen leaves dance in the air.

The boy walked straight in front of him, head down, hood hiding his eyes.

Eyes that had decided to stop crying uselessly.

His steps were careless, his whole body felt it could fly with the wind any minute, but the dark-haired never stopped walking.

Until he finished going up that sturdy road, and faced a very big building.

GREEN HOME

Taehyung took out his phone and looked up the address.

Yeah. That's it. My new home.

And without any excitement in his eyes, he continued walking towards the entrance. On his left could be heard a lawn mower that apparently had a technical problem, since it made a terrible noise.

But the next thing caught Taehyung on guard.

"WATCH OUT!"

In a fracture of second, a flying object skyrocketed in the boys direction, nearly brushing his face before going behind and crashing in a tree.

Taehyung could barely feel the beat of his heart as he turned around to see the object, and noticed the grey piece of metal that had nearly flown in his eye was actually one blade from the lawn mower.

What the fuck.

Slowly, Taehyubg turned around to the man that was now facing him, his broken lawn in his hands.

"What the fuck is wrong with you-"

"I'm really sorry my boy, this trash is getting old, I really need to change. Wow, that could have been a disaster. These things are really powerful, huh?"

Taehyung didn't utter a word as he fixed the man. He was wearing a grey cap and a white dressed shirt, along with gardening pants.

Is this guy working here?

The boy found it very calm suddenly, and looked around the big gardens of the property.

No one.

Why aren't there people in a fifteen stores building-

As if the man in front of him had guessed his thoughts, he spoke up:

"Look, I'm really sorry kid. We don't have a lot of people who work in the weekend, so... Anyway, everyone here treats the security guard like shit."

And Taehyung remained silent at that sentence. He watched the security guard get uncomfortable, with the sweat dripping from his temples.

"By the way, I've never seen you before. What brought you to this place?"

After a long moment of silence where the older man stared at Taehyung and the later stared at his feet, the boy finally answered:

"Well... I moved..."

"What? I can't hear you kid."

"Move... I moved.. " Taehyung spoke louder to what seemed the half death security guard. At that, the man started nodding:

"Oh, I heard someone was moving in No. 1410 today, I guess that's you. Do you live alone?"

"I... I'm alone.."
