Chapter Seven

Emma's pov

So it's been a month since Chase and I became Tik Tok famous. We've decided to do online school since we've gotten so popular.

It was kinda hard to go through the day normally in school with people constantly asking to be in their videos or for pictures. So ultimately we decided this was best for both of us. If I'm being honest, I like online school better. I don't have to get up at 6 every morning or worry about what I'm going to wear. The only problem is, when Chase isn't available, it gets lonely at my house all alone since my parents both have work and my brother is at college. Really the only thing to do around here without Chase is make Tik Toks and post on Instagram. This weekend we are finally gonna be able to hang out, I'm planning on us having a sleepover, making food and of course making tik toks.

Chase Pov~

So Emma and I just started online school. We both decided this would be the best decision for both of us since we've become so popular on Tik Tok. I don't know about her, but I don't mind it. Now I don't have to worry about having people constantly asking for pictures. There is one thing that I'm hesitant about telling her though. I was invited to live in this house called "the hype house" where a bunch of other famous Tik Tokers live. I'm planning on bringing her with me, I'm just unsure if she wants to leave her family though so I have to wait for the right time to tell her. This weekend she wants us to hangout. I'll probably ask her then. 

Emma Pov.

I can't wait to hang out with Chase this weekend. He texted me telling me he had to tell me something, but that he was going to wait till this weekend to do so. That made me a little nervous, but I just said ok and left it alone. It's currently 5:30 and I'm finishing an essay I have due tomorrow when I get a text from an anonymous number.

Anonymous:

Stay away from Chase, he doesn't like you, he's mine.

Anonymous:

That's not important. You got the message, this is a threat.

 I turned my phone off and continued to write my essay. I'll tell Chase about this later to see if he has any idea who this person is. I finish my essay and turn it in. I then get in the shower. I can't stop thinking about that person and what they meant about Chase being theirs and it is "a threat." After I shower I brush my teeth, dry my hair and drift off to sleep.
