Sherlock had been analyzing the monitor for over 30 minutes, trying to gather any information he could.
“Well?” john asked
“Nothing” Sherlock said disappointed
“That’s not like you” Lestrade said “The great Sherlock Holmes baffled!” he laughed
“yeah alright thank you Lestrade, come on john time to go!”
“But what about your madman Sherlock” Lestrade asked
“Just forget about it” Sherlock shouted back as he and john headed back to baker street
In a cab
“So what are we going to do about this madman then?” John asked
“Nothing I'm sure he wont turn up” Sherlock answered
John laughed sarcastically
“What?” Sherlock asked
“It’s just, for a month you have been desperate for a case and now one has popped along that you don’t understand your going to leave it!” John answered
“I want to do a case that will interest me this doesn’t” Sherlock said as the cab pulled to a stop
“Bu-” john started to talk before Sherlock interrupted saying “Pay the cab John”
As John paid the cab Sherlock walked inside to be greeted by Miss Hudson
“Miss Hudson”
“Sherlock there’s a man upsta-“
“Have you got any food in” Sherlock interrupted
John walked in and ran upstairs
“Yes Sherlock, food is upstairs in the fridge now what I was trying to say is-“
“Thank you, Miss Hudson” Sherlock interrupted again as he started to walk upstairs
“SHERLOCK!” John shouted
Sherlock ran upstairs and as he walked he saw something extraordinary
“I tried to tell you!” Miss Hudson called up
