GYTM || Chapter 1

I opened my eyes slowly getting used to the light, I groan in pain as I moved my arm and my feet.

all I could hear was beeping and foot steps echoing from afar, I was in a bed with bed sheets that are all white.

Walls we're also white, where am I?

"I guess you're wondering where you are, you're in a hospital Y/N" a voice I've never heard before spoke so sudden, but why does it seem so familiar?

"You see, you jumped from Han River. As you fell, your arm had hit the rail post before you had fallen completely that's why your left arm hurts. And as you fell into the water your feet had hit a large rock, in which you don't remember because you just woke up" The girl explained "how did you know me? and who are you?"

"I knew you from your friend, Kim Dahyun, She just left earlier. You knowing me doesn't matter" She tells me and I look at her.

"Thank you for saving me.." I thank her even if I'm not sure "You're welcome, Chou Tzuyu is my name. Here's my number, let's keep in touch" She tells ms as she hands me a piece of paper.

"oh, alright then" I tell her and exhaled, loud enough for her to hear "is there anything wrong?" She asks me "no...it's just that, I'm broken for some reason but I don't know why" I furrow my eyebrows as I started to think why I'm moody.

"Kim Dahyun told me that you got...rejected by the one that you loved" She told me and I turn crimson, Dahyun you little dimwit! why would you tell a complete stranger?!

"Well...yeah.." I tell her as I felt my eyes water "Where do you study Y/N?" She suddenly asks me "I don't study anymore, I just graduated" I answer her and I smile a little bit.

"Oh..How old are you?" She asks as she titls her head and I find it very cute "I'm 23, how about you?" I ask her and she crosses her legs.

"I'm..actually 21 (A/N: just pretend gosh haha), I guess you're older" she chuckled and I laugh too "Wow, we just met and I already find you cute" I compliment her and she looks me straigjt in the eyes.

"Thanks..I-" She doesn't continue due to loss.of words "hehe you're welcome"

"anyways are you perhaps sing-" she was about to ask me something when she got cut off by someone at the door.

"Oh! Y/N!!! You're awake!!" I saw Dahyun holding food, while she was drinking banana milk "Tzuyu! Sana wanted to see you but I told her you we're busy and didn't want to talk to her" She talks to Tzuyu and I stare at both of them confusingly.

"Oh Y/N, this is Tzuyu my friend. She was there when you jumped, ANYWAYS PABO-YAH! WHY DID YOU JUMP?! JUST BECAUSE OF REJECTION?!" Dubu suddenly changed her mood and gave Tzuyu the plastic bags and went to sit at the corner of the hospital bed.

"eh, Mian. I'm very sorry for what I've caused, did mom know?" I asked her "Ahhh, Mrs. Park? of course she knew pabo! you're glad she's in the Philippines and not scolding you right now!" Dahyun shouted at me and I laugh at her.

"eomma wouldn't do that, she'll understand" I tell her and open my arms, signaling her to hug me even if it hurt a little bit.

"h-hug me" I groan and stuttered as I felt my arm weaken. I put them down and Dubu smirks at me "What? can't hug girl can't ya?" she teases me and Tzuyu just smiles at us "You guys would make a great couple" She teases us too and me and Dahyun look at her with disgust.

"Eww!" Me and Dahyun said in unison and Tzuyu just smiled at us scratching her nape "anyways, how did you guys talk?" Dahyun asks us and me and Tzuyu share a look.

"She woke up and I talked to her, explaining why her feet and arms hurt" Tzuyu explains "Yea" I just agreed cause I have nothing to say "What food do you have here Dubu?" I ask Dubu and she gets the plastic bag.

"I bought Ramen, Banana milk, and some others. I can't remember cause I just kept putting them in haha" Dahyun chuckled nervously "Aigoo" I tell her.

"Anyways, how did you guys me-" Tzuyu spoke but got cut off when the doctor went inside "Oh! Park Y/N, you're awake. I have some pain killers for you you csn take them after eating ok? you can't drink these in an empty stomach" the doctors tells me and hands the pain killers to Tzuyu.

"Thanks Doctor Son!" Tzuyu thanks doctor "S-Son?" I whispered under my breathe and I felt my heart beat rapidly "Son Chaeyoung?" I ask her "Ne, waeyo?" She asks and tilts her head.

"You don't remember me? Park Y/N! you just said my name and don't recognize me?!" I tell her and smile "wait..Park Y/N? My..First love?" She says and completely goes in the room and closes the door behind her.

"the one and only" I tell her and smiled "I missed you!" She runs toward my bed and tries to hug me "My arms Chaeng" God I miss calling her that.

"Oh yeah right, anyways you need to take these pain killers I gave to Tzuyu okay?" She tells me and showed me her famous smile, in which I fell for in the first place.

"Tzuyu, I want you to be the one taking care of Y/N ok? You're gonna watch her 24/7" Chaeyoung tells Tzuyu and we both gasp "WHAT?" Tzuyu shouts and stands up "NANI?" I say and Tzuyu looks at me shyly "Oh, sorry. You two can talk"
I tell to both Chaeng and Tzuyu.

"Why did this day make me smile?" I mumble and smile, whilst fidgeting my fingers.
