You looked at the tall building that currently stood in front of you.

"Why'd I even bother-

"YOU MUST BE SHU'S GIRLFRIEND!"

You slightly jump and turn to the direction in which the voice had came from.

You saw a girl your age run towards you and she grabs your arm.

"Come on in! Shu will be happy to see you, I just know it!"

"Happy to see me?"

You scowl at what the girl had just said.

"He wouldn't have changed if he was truly happy."

You said none of this aloud, not wanting the girl to brush up in your personal life.

You watch as she knocks on the door.

It opens and she immediately points her finger towards you.

Shu's face looked so emotionless, you started to wonder if he really did change as he stated in one of the many letters he'd wrote to you.

You watch as he thanks the girl and she runs downstairs.

Mentally sighing, you step forward, until you are at his chest.

"It's nice to see you again." Shu says.

"The feeling isn't mutual." You add.

You hear him sigh as he lets you into his office, before closing and locking the door.

He goes over back over to his chair and takes a seat.

"Feel free to sit anywhere you please."

"I'll stand, thank you."

Shu rolls his eyes at your remark.

"You're acting like a child, Y/N?"

That's when your eyes widen.

"Oh? I'm the one acting like a child? Yeah, ok. Well, at least I didn't go off with some guy and changed my whole personality in an attempt to get stronger!"

"That was before I realized blading is not for power, but for fun. I know you can't forget, but can't you at least forgive me?"

You look towards Shu's direction.

"You want me to forgive you for practically ending our friendship? What the hell, Shu?!"

You could tell he was a little annoyed, but the truth had to be told somehow.

"Fine then. If you want to leave, leave. No one's stopping you."

Truth is, he didn't want you to leave.

Without hesitation, you open the door, slamming it behind you.

The white-haired male puts his face in his hands.

Before his Red Eye phase, you were one of the most special people to him. Other than Valt, of course.

He even dreamt about marrying you, but he never told you.

Immediately, Shu gets up and runs out of his office, ignoring his fellow teammates frantic questions.

He runs out of the building and notices you walking by yourself.
