Just as I was about to leave, here comes the lovely guy that likes to follow me wherever I go. Gah! I mean, at first I thought he was just friendly and so I kept him company but now? Now that I know Jam has this huge crush on me?!
Hmm, I kind of want to distance myself from him from now but he's always there, like a puppy always running after me.
And hell, when I said I wanted a puppy, I didn't mean Jam. Such a shame, he was one of my close friends and trust me, I have a few friends and close friends so its a certain loss if I pushed him away.
"Hey..." He said with his award winning smile that always grows big when he's with me. I'm not trying to lift my own chair here but, I-along with every student in school- noticed already. "Are you running away from me or what?" He asked suddenly confused.
"I was running away from you." I said and then quickly realized that I was voicing out my thoughts so I quickly saved myself from humiliation. "And damn, I really need to get some new contacts, I actually thought you were a teacher chasing after me."
He raised doubtful brow but then his smile went back on his face, chuckling, he ruffled my hair and pinched my nose. Gah! Usually I wouldn't mind but Vince's first day in my school is today and I actually don't want him to think that Jam and I are some kind of thing.
"Could you just fucking go away please?" I asked Jam while looking ahead the corridor.
"What? Why?" He asked with his usual disappointed sad eyes. Ugh, I hate those kind of eyes. I can resist them, but I am weak and end up just letting them win.
Gah Beth, you're such a pushover!
Subconscious, shut the fuck up please.
Just tell Jam to go away because your fiance is on his way.
I was going nuts. The nerve of people seeing Vince here is just- AHHHH! I don't know. Its actually been five days since our little meet up at the park and since then we were fine with each other but, I don't think I'll be able to like him like how I want to like him. Its confusing, I don't know.
I let out a breathe and looked at Jam, still with those eyes of his.
"Freaking fine! Just- I'm waiting for Vince, my friend and as much as possible I don't want you to be all over him." I gave up. I'm not going to win, especially not with those sad eyes of his.
After a few minutes of Jam just standing beside me, and me looking towards the entrance door to see if Vince arrived yet but then, another addition to our little group arrived.
"Hey Beth!" Philip's voice rang with that same high pitched tone. He's bisexual and I don't have to worry about Vince meeting him so its kind of not a big deal. "And hey Jam!"
"She's waiting for Vince." Jam stated.
"Who's Vince?" Philip asked me.
"A friend."
"How come you never introduced him to us?"
"Don't know."
And then the conversation was over and Philip joined me, looking over the entrance way every now and then while Jam just sat there reading his notes and sneaking a few glances from me which he thought I didn't notice but ever since I put the puzzle pieces together, my eyes were open to everything.
"So, is he bi?" Philip was rather bored after ten minutes of just looking over the entrance way for Vince to arrive.
"I think he is. You should hit on him and see how he reacts to it." I say, pursing my lips and nodding my head. That would be a fun view to watch.
