Kiana: Captain! C'mon wake up!
She shakes you trying to wake you up.
Y/n: ughh, Mmmm. Five more minutes...zzz
Kiana pouts a tad.
Kiana: geez Captain, staying up late playing games.
Kiana takes a look around the surroundings.
Kiana: it's only five minutes...yeah.
Kiana sneaks into your bed and stares at your sleeping face.
Kiana: heheh, stupid Captain...
She rubs your cheek and then her line of sight goes to your lips.
Kiana: ...Captain...
She slowly approaches your lips.
Mei: Kiana?
Kiana: EEEP
Kiana rolls off the bed.
Kiana: w-what is it Mei?
Mei: what were you doing on Captain's bed. I told you to wake him up.
Kiana: I know, I'll do that.
Mei: we got to have things set up for the party, so please hurry.
Kiana nods and then Mei leaves the room.
Kiana: ....*sigh*... I was so close too.
You begin to wake up.
Y/n: mmm.. hey there Kiana...
Kiana: hey there sleepy head, c'mon Captain, Mei asked us for help with the party.
Y/n: alright... I'll get up.
You proceed to get up and start stretching.
Y/n: hey Kiana?
Kiana: Yes Captain?
Y/n: would you please leave my room?
Kiana: why?
Y/n: so I can change my clothes.
After you said that, Kiana became flustered and a bit red.
Kiana: P-P-Pervert!!
Y/n: EH?!?! WHY?!?!
After Kiana left, you proceed to change to some of your more casual clothes, which consists of a red long-sleeved shirt, some nice socks, and comfy pants: which is oddly warm.
Y/n: huh..warm..
You thought nothing of it and proceed on. You open the door and see Kiana waiting outside your room, crouching down as if trying to peek.
Y/n: Kiana...what are you doing...
She looks up at you, blushing.
Kiana: I-I was uhh..umm..looking at how the door knob works?
You look at her with a confused look.
Y/n: ooookay... well anyway Kiana, let's get going.
You lend her a hand to help her up.
Kiana: ah, okay Captain.
She grabs hold of your hand, she's blushing from that but you don't notice, and then you proceed to lift her up from the floor.
Y/n: alright, let's get going Kiana.
Kiana nods and you two proceed to go set things up for the party.
-Enter downstairs-
-Enter Kitchen-
Mei: ah, Captain, you're up.
Y/n: yeah, I am.
Kiana: what do we have to do Mei?
Mei: ah, right.
Mei hands you a list of things to do.
Mei: this is the list of things that you and Kiana are going to do since I have to cook for the party.
Y/n: don't worry Mei, we'll complete this before you can even say pepperoni.
Mei: pepperoni.
Y/n: oh, well then... guess you can.
Kiana: c'mon Captain, let's get it done.
Y/n: ah, okay Kiana, let's go.
-Leave Kitchen-
You take a look at the list.
Y/n: set up lights, the tree, decorations, and the table. Alright, this doesn't seem so hard.
Kiana agrees with you.
Kiana: yeah, doesn't seem that hard.
Y/n: mmh, let's get started.
-Enter Storage room-
Y/n: let's see, where are the lights...ah found... them...
What you are staring at, or rather you have to set up, is four full boxes of Christmas lights.
Y/n: ...well then, that's a lot of lights and decorations to set up.
-Timeskip 3 hours-
Y/n: AH MY GAWD, SETTING DECORATIONS SHOULDN'T TAKE THAT LONG!!!
Kiana: I agree with you, Captain.
Y/n: at least this last one is easier: setting up the table.
-Timeskip 15 minutes-
Y/n: phew, done with the list.
Kiana: yay! We did it Captain!
Kiana then proceeds to hug you. You, of course, blush a bit.
Mei: great job you two. Here you two, some hot chocolate for your hard work.
Y/n and Kiana: yay! Mei's hot chocolate!
Y/n: thanks Mei.
Mei: heheh, not a problem Captain.
You two then proceed to go to the fireplace that is magically here for this Christmas story.
Y/n: ahhh, this is the stuff.
Kiana: I agree Captain.
Y/n: drinking Mei's hot coco, sitting near the fireplace with my favorite valkyrja, this is indeed bliss.
Kiana blushes.
Kiana: h-huh, w-what did you just say Captain??
Y/n: hmm? What was that now?
Kiana: ...nevermind.
While you two are sitting near the fireplace.
Theresa, Himeko, Bronya, as well as Mei, were plotting something.
Theresa: alright girls, let's start this plan.
Bronya, Himeko, and Mei agreed with her and starts the plan. They proceeded to place a mistletoe outside.
-fast forward a few minutes-
Theresa: alright, everything is set.
The Valks nods.
Mei: Captain! Kiana! Come to the table, we're gonna start the party.
Y/n: okay Mei. Let's go Kiana.
Kiana: okay Captain.
-Enter the dining room-
You and Kiana take a seat.
Theresa: alright, let's get this Christmas party started!
Everyone: YEAH!!
You all proceed to eat the delicious food that Mei had prepared and have several chats about the year. You all have a great time chatting and enjoying the food. Mei then proceeded to whisper Kiana something that made her blush, but she agreed to it. You don't know what it is though. As the day progresses, night time approaches, by now, everyone had finished eating and opening their presents for this year.
Bronya got the video game console she always wanted. Himeko was too drunk to open hers. Theresa got a new shiny cross. Mei received some new accessories that she is really excited to try out. Kiana received two figurines: one is of Mei, and the other one was hard to make out since you can't see it well. Lastly, You received a shiny new cap for Christmas. You can tell this was made very well.
Y/n: thank you girls, I'll treasure this.
The Valks all smile at you, except for Himeko, she's too drunk. After opening the presents, you all had some conversations before you all head to your rooms. As you were in your own room trying on the new cap, you heard a knock on the door. You open the door and see Kiana standing there.
Y/n: what is it Kiana?
Kiana: um... can you come outside with me?
You were surprised that she asked you to go outside since it's dark out, but you agreed nonetheless. After a short time putting on a jacket for warmth. You proceeded to go outside. You see Kiana sitting down on the stairway up to the door. There were two lamps, one on each side. You see Kiana gesturing you to sit down with her. You proceed to sit down.
Y/n: so, why did we come outside for?
Kiana: I thought it would be nice for a conversation y'know.
Y/n: I see... well I can't complain.
Kiana then proceeds to bring up a topic.
Kiana: Captain, this year has been really great you know, it's always so fun with you.
You were surprised by what Kiana is saying.
Kiana: you always cheered me on, helped me when I'm sad and alone, when I'm sick, and  helped me become a great valk.
Y/n: Kiana...
Kiana: so that is why...Captain.
She lifted one finger towards the sky. Your eyes follow the direction that she is pointing, and what you see was a mistletoe attached to a rope that was tied around the two lamps. You quickly redirected your eyes to Kiana. You see that she was blushing a lot, and so were you.
Kiana: I love you Captain.
She then hugs you and kisses you on the lips. You were surprised by this, nevertheless you accept her feelings towards you since you've felt the same. You kiss Kiana back. You two share this moment of bliss in your life in the ever so gentle snow.
As the story ends. A figurine in Kiana's room is shown, placed in a glass container to last for a long time to come, something that she will treasure forever in her life, showing her everlasting love to him, the Captain.
