Another Sin

Bryan was extremely anxious as he and Yin-Yang followed the lady named Merlin. Why were they following her and why was he anxious you may ask, well here's the reason.

Bryan didn't exactly have a good life. His parents were abusive and also neglectful. Eventually, after 10 years of the torture and 3 years after his brothers disappeared, his parents ended up selling him to a group of thieves in order to pay a dept of some sort. When they did take him, he thought he was going to be yelled at and hit, but that never happened.

The group raised him and taught him survival skills, except for stealing cause he didn't want to do that. They were extremely kind to him and respected the fact that he was nervous of being around people. They also discovered how innocent he is and did whatever they could to keep his innocence. Than, after 4 years, Bryan decided he wanted to explore the world and left the thieves, promising to never forget about them unless something happens and erases his memory.

After a month if travelling, he ran into an injured dragon. He brought the dragon to a nearby cave and nursed him back to health. After he was fully healed, the dragon let Bryan know that he could speak with telepathy and that his name is Yin-Yang. Yin-Yang decided to travel with Bryan and become his protector in the dangerous world.

After another few months, he and his dragon friend ended up running into Merlin after she helped them out of a situation. Apparently she was walking through the area while using her magic to search for the sin of gluttony, and she sensed something was amiss before hearing a roar. She rushed to that area to see Bryan and Yin-Yang struggling to defend themselves from a demon. She quickly took care of the demon before turning to make sure that the two were okay.

Once they assured her that they were okay, they ended up talking for a bit. Merlin ended up mentioning that she was using her magic to look for the sin of gluttony and when Bryan asked her how she did that, she agreed to show him. She did and they both were surprised when the orb she used to track the sin of gluttony began to circle around Bryan, indicating that he was the sin of gluttony. She asked Bryan to come with her so that she could introduce him to the other sins.

He was hesitant but Yin-Yang convinced him to and said that he trusted Merlin, causing Bryan to agree since Yin-Yang can sense evil and deception. He let out a sigh before following her with Yin-Yang directly next to him. That brings us back to where we are now.

Merlin led them up to a big house before bringing them down one of the hallways. Merlin opened a door and motioned inside.

''This will be your room cause it will take them a few days to get here.'' Bryan nodded as he and Yin-Yang went inside.

He looked around the room before Yin-Yang pulled him onto the bed. Bryan seemed surprised but only realized how tired he was because he was asleep almost instantly. Yin-Yang smiled down at Bryan before hopping off the bed and making his way to the door. He had a few things that he wanted to explain to Merlin.
