I jog to the back of the bus plopping down on my seat waiting for Aero.
"What took you so long blondie?", I ask. Aero strikes an annoyed, yet cheerful smirk at me "HM, nothing you have."
I raise my eyebrows at him and look away, "Well if you wanna be repetitive with what you do go ahead."
I grab my backpack making a noise similar to a slosh of a cup of very pulpy orange juice.
Anyways, Aero decides to sit next to me and sitting next to the window seat I ignore him.
I rest my mind, I nullify all sounds around me.
Peace.
Quiet.
The sound of leaves wavering on its branch, hence to the fact of a sapling overtime.
In my mind it's peaceful.
So far from chaos.
Drifting away from me I reach falling down for that peace I once beheld, a piece of mind.
A ringing noise in my head.
A faint echo.
"Hey, Adonis. Um ADONIS. SNAP OUT OF IT." Hands in my face I flinch and slap Aero as hard as I can on his arm.
"Oh my goodness. I am so sorry..." I look at him in shock.
Why did I zone out? I ask myself in anger.
"It's all good don't sweat it." Aero winks at me.
"Don't get too cocky with how you can treat me just because I hurt you by reflex," I tell him side-eyed.
"Whatever you say my man."
~ Bus arrives at school ~
"Hello Hell!" Aero shouts.
I look at him ignoring him.
Even though I do ignore him, he isn't wrong.
School is a literal hell, a Principal who ignores students needs, teachers who really seem to not like me.
What is there to not like about me?
I'm just a single teen in the corner who is trying to mind his own business.
Do I talk to you?
No.
Do I bother you and become a nuisance like the talkative ones?
No.
What is this world that I was forced to enter?
Well I mean if we get on our knees and hail Jesus for what he has created with whatever he used should we praise him.
What if the beginning of the world was a lie?
Was Adam and Eve an actual thing...
"Hey Kids, get off my bus now." My bus driver shouts to everybody in the bus.
Shuffles of backpacks, books, papers fill the bus with light chatter as we all exit to the main entrance of the school.
Hey everybody, Tearzx here! I am SO. SO. sorry. I really did not mean for you guys to wait that long, and I am sincerely sorry. This chapter is so short, and probably not using a fulfilling amount of content so I am sorry. Probably for most people, it is winter break. I am spending time with family and just enjoying this break to help put my mind at rest. I hope this chapter does, well, um. I don't really know but see you guys later :)
